Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

That's to add your ESN/meid into Sprint database. I've done that with my verizon Nexus 6 when I had Sprint.
Thanks for the tip, I did submit clickIT ticket to add my T-mobile s8 plus to sprint database, the turnaround time is 7-10 business days, will see if it works...
then i can load sprint firmware once eligible.

People have assumed it is the unlocked, non carrier version. Same for s8.

I submitted a clickit ticket 24 hours ago to add the IMEI of my unlocked T-Mobile branded Galaxy S8+ to Sprint's DNA (or whatever). Still not resolved. Probably won't be successful.
Oh cool, good luck with that. Please keep us updated. I think there are plenty of people around here with whatever carrier's S7 and S8 and technically it should work with Sprint just fine with an Odin firmware flash but Sprint's not that easy haha.

Did anyone actually get their SIM the next day?

I ordered yesterday before 2 PM EST and it said I'd get it the next business day. I got an order confirmation email this morning and it said today is the anticipated shipping date. Kinda bullshit that they make you pay $10 for overnight shipping when it doesn't even ship overnight.

Just out of curiousity, how did you go about submitting that request? I have a Tmobile S8 that I already flashed with the unlocked firmware so I'm good to go other than their database won't accept my IMEI #.

Curious but have you tried it with a phone that technically isn't compatible with Sprint? All Galaxy S7 and S8 phones from the US are the same hardware wise and can be easily flashed a carrier's software to make them identical to a Sprint phone for instance. But of course Sprint's system won't accept anything other than Sprint phones or the ones that came naturally unlocked direct from Samsung or Best Buy.
That's not true The s7 has 3 different model 1 for (ATT/Tmobile) 1 for Verizon and Sprint has it own model with different band

What is the answer to my specific question then? You said my question has been answered. It hasnt. Do you know the answer?

1. Are your phonea compatible with Sprint network?
2. Are you on one Sprint MVNO?

Just called telesales (as others in the post have discussed) and agent conferenced in Tech Support to open ticket. Difficult to get status updates when you call back because the ticket number is associated with a current account. So you have a jump through many hoops just to check on status even if you have the ticket number.

What he said.

I'm wondering if they got slammed with orders and weren't able to process them fast enough, or the cards are still intransit to be delivered later today...? Here's to hoping it's the latter.

It's all the same hardware, the bands themselves are just software locked. They all use the same Qualcomm processor and modem that works with both GSM/CDMA and the various bands. Once you flash a Sprint firmware on an AT&T/T-Mobile S7 via Odin, it should be the same. Granted no one can use it on Sprint because Sprint will not activate unknown IMEI's.

Just got off the phone, they said due to high demand, it will take longer. Maybe 1-3 business days.

Yes I know the answer, Verizon will not charge you $2 and give you a check $1000 and you can port to Sprint and get the 1 year as well. Now your question is answered, you can go ahead and sign up with Verizon. woot
