Took it right out of my account, no authorization. Attempted to cancel the order immediately, which they told me they could not do because there was no tracking number (wtf?), and told me to call back when tracking number received. I did so and was told no way to cancel since the phone had shipped. Nice.
Returned the phone via RMA...STILL haven't seen my money. Ported all my lines to AT&T.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING SPRINT TELLS YOU. There is a reason they are dead last amongst the Big 4. You have been warned.

Called the number and they were no help whatsoever, just told me to go to the store and get a replacement sim. I wonder how pleasant that will be tomorrow.
EDIT: This happened due to Credit Freeze, so if you have it, turn it off first before trying. The pin did not work :/
