Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I have ordered three SIM cards for this promo. I am planning on activating two of them before 6/30/2017. The other SIM I would like to activate in a couple months (after 6/30/2017). Will I still get the free service on the 3rd line through 7/31/2018 even if I activate it after 6/30/2017. On the paper work that came with the SIM cards there is a line that says "Add a Line: Add a line at any time up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018".

Well this thread is about getting 1 year of free service, if you have any reservation, you can move on and skip the thread right?

I have been with evey single wireless services in the last 3 years to take advantage of deals phone and service Tmobile, Sprint, Cricket, Ringplus Att, Tello, Mintsim , Verizon, every good deal there always a brunch of people say xxx company has the worst service in the world avoid it if even it is free but I sign up for all of these deals save me thousand of dollars and yet to see a single company as terrible as anyone described. I switched phone company every few months and never got overcharge or bill.

I am not rep of company I cant reponse to any if those people concern but like I said if you have any reservations you can skip the thread, if you search the internet you will find 1thousands of teerrible stories if any companies, so are you going to based your decision on that?

From my experience i never got over bill by any major companies so i have zero concerns

I am pretty sure you can find thousand of people who slack off of the payment or do Manufacture spending and got the Membership reward point account freeze say Amex isthe worst company in the world, Do you think Amex is the worst company in the world ??
u are very right..

the stupidity in these sprint deals is alarming...

sprint sucks..wouldnt pay me to be on sprint...etc...etc..

folks...all carriers suck..one way or another...because it depends on location location location

if sprint dont work for u...dont get sprint..simple...

My order has been 'processing' for 2 days and has not shipped. I called and have been on hold with India customer support for over an hour. The order processing department has a 'high call volume' and they said to expect long waits. Sounds like their customer support was not prepared for the wave of interest in this promotion.

Long hold times..... India customer support is the worst. SIM card hasn't even shipped on an order from earlier this week. They claim they are overwhelmed with interest from this promotion...

I wish I could get my Wife and Daughter to settle for the Moto G4 or G5 (Even the Plus versions).

Wife would want S7 Edge, daughter iPhone 6 or better. I pay $950 per year (tax included) for 3 lines in a 5 line Tmo plan. I have a Moto X Pure, but by the time I buy the required devices for this promo for the other two lines I would break even or spend more than I saved.
Sounds like your family is trying to upgrade phones to expensive phones instead of keeping phones they have. This deal isn't really a great match for that. This deal is best if everyone can keep what phones they have until 10/1 and then upgrade - at least then for Oct-June 2018 your bill would only be a phone payment.

Good luck negotiating with your wife and daughter if you choose this to be a war worth fighting.

I had T Mobile prepaid, ordered the SIM late Tuesday, received it today, and simply followed all the prompts on their web site. I've now got a free year of Sprint, with all their communications stating that, as does my account page. My T Mobile account number was 1 followed by my phone number, 11 digits all together. Don't listen to the knuckleheads equating "postpaid carrier" (what Sprint says in the very fine print) with "postpaid account" (what they mistakenly read it as), and especially don't listen to the ones telling you to become a Verizon postpaid customer for a day so you can switch to Sprint. Oh, and my "iPhone 7 (Verizon only)" worked fine, despite my buying it at the Apple store and only ever having it on T Mobile.
Does your account show how much for fee&taxes ?

My moto g4 with Amazon ad did not qualify, had to use wife iphone. I had ringplus, freedom pop, tmobile on it before. I used an old freedom pop number that was under sprint old legacy 4g and it accepted.

Question is when I receive the sim tonite can I use the moto g4 to activate since it is unlocked? Or can I use any unlocked sprint not on the list phones..like LG, zte?

It does state that if you loose or break your phone you can use full retailed price sprint phone.

Speaking of support being overwhelmed, does anyone not think that the massive amount of subscribers they are adding from this promotion will bring network speeds to a halt. ?

Yeah, my kid burns through her 4gb of data before the end of the month, it would have been nice to have unlimited. My Wife has a Verizon Note 4 on T-Mobile, which she would have been happy keeping. She's has a Gear Fit 2 and loves Samsung.

I thought about just doing it by myself with my Pure just to see what kind of coverage I get here in Columbus, Ohio vs T-Mobile. If I didn't care for it, I could port back in to T-Mobile.

Has anyone been able to port from Project Fi? Or if you were on Fi, did you port to another carrier before signing up with Sprint?

If your phone was active on RingPlus or Ting, it means that the "ownership flag" in Sprint's database is set to only allow that phone on MVNOs. You'll need to have it flipped back to the "Sprint" side of things. I work for Ting.

edit: SlickDeals has a message limit for new accounts. PM me on Reddit if you want a fast response. Same username.

Also: this tends to result in me getting swamped, so be patient.
Also: I cannot add phones to Sprint's whitelist database (e.g. Verizon iPhones). Only Sprint can do that.
Also: Just because you flashed your T-Mobile S7 with the U ROM doesn't mean it's now cleared for activation on Sprint. Sprint's whitelist doesn't care what ROM is on your phone.

Source and disclosure: I work for Ting.

I have few iPhones were active on Ringplus then Ting and now on Freedompop. Can you still help in this case?

Thanks for answering my question. As for credit union, can it be any credit union??? I checked it out, and it said "Sprint's Best Credit Union member."
I haven't done the deal but I believe it can be any credit union.
