Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Also: I cannot add phones to Sprint's whitelist database (e.g. Verizon iPhones). Only Sprint can do that.
What's the best way, if any, to get a phone added to the Sprint database?

If the Fi device is still active, it will fail the eligibility check
So as a current Project Fi customer, I would need to port out to another carrier (preferably H20, MetroPCS etc) then call Sprint to have my IMEI's ownership code changed to become eligible?

I am from TMO SC group. We don't have a primary account holder right now. So literally we can't get any info from Tmo as we don't have authorization. what exactly we need to provide for the activation once the sim arrives?
Primary account holder SSN, account number and pin?
Does TMO allows port out without PAH?

what a nightmare

on wed i saw the offer and went to the sprint store to get a sim card. called on the phone confirmed the promotion and set up a new account with sprint.
porting took 24 hours. verizon released my numbe but sprint could not activate it. i have a unlocked iphone 7+ from verizon. they asked me to reset the phone which makes no sense since the sim was not getting registered.
after 3-4 hours on the phone they finally ported the number
data worked but calls didnt for a few more hours. texts took longer
coverage in chicago is bad. t mobile ipad sim has better connectivity than this sprint

free is free but please be prepared to spend a few hours with sprint if things dont go according to plan.
hope others have a better experiance

The only phones that are not currently in the database that can be added are unlocked iPhone 6/6+/6S/6S+/SE from Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. Unlocked 7/7+ from Verizon can also be added.

All Nexus and Pixel and Motorola G4/G5 devices are already there.

Samsung devices from AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile are not eligible for the Sprint network. If you have the U version (also called the Experience Edition) of the S7/S7E/S8/S8+, it's already loaded for activation. You just need a SIM.

As far as I know, yes. You'll need to port to a non-Sprint MVNO to free up the device to switch the ownership code.

Either PM me on Reddit (again, SlickDeals message limitation) or send an email to [email protected] saying you need the ownership code changed back to Sprint, and include the IMEI or MEID. It will help if you email from the address that used to be on your Ting account.
