Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Probably it's a poison pill strategy - make a move that a merger becomes unlikely.

A Sprint and T-Mobile merger would only help Sprint, but Sprints management would most likely lose their jobs. It's a strange move: Sprint forced RingPlus out of business and uses RingPlus strategy themselves.

Sprint stock didn't go up. It's not advertised in all media. Who knows?

My friend has iPhone 6 Plus for ATT bought at Apple Store paid in full won't pass FED. Is it becuase it's still locked to ATT or because it's not sprint model?

My Nexus 6P (originally purchased from Google with a Fi deal, now on Cricket) is coming back ineligible

I'm not too disappointed... It would be a tough decision to switch to Sprint even if it's free

Many I Phones from t-mo could not change to RingPlus (Sprint) . T-MO sold once international I phones (Canada) by mistake. Bring it back and ask if its one of those I Phones

Bummer, this is exactly the info I was looking for.

How do you like the 6P with Cricket, versus Fi?

Ported from TPO, a T-Mobile MVNO, successfully. Was pretty straightforward, put in account number and pin, then a few mins later, done!

Incorrect. I was on Cricket Wireless and ported to Sprint with iPhone 7 Plus (Bought it unlocked from Apple Store -- must be the Verizon/Sprint edition)

I sign up via phone, use my nexus 6 that was with ringplus and I have a number from T-Mobile for data only lifetime 200mb for free. I use the T-Mobile number and use the old sim card that was with ringplus without problem. Took over 1 hour to apply and activate. Works great!

Sent a message to Project Fi support last night and this morning they responded saying the device was removed from Fi. Now my Nexus 6 is finally coming back as eligible.

I did also go into a Sprint store yesterday hoping they could fix it and they had no idea how to do so. I did have them submit a clickit ticket while I was there though. I doubt they looked at the ticket yet and think it was Fi that got it working but can't say for sure.

I was with Fi a couple months ago before switching to Verizon.

If/when T-Mobile buys out Sprint, will T-M void this deal? Not sure about the language in the contract.

Just curious...
it's Sprint tying to buy T-mobile all alone, not the other way around.

The PIN to port out from FreedomPop is not your regular password. I had to contact them for a 4-digit PIN.
