For anyone else in sprint credit verification hell try calling 1-866-782-8777. They can actually do things at that number.

i got it this mornming too, so i called 1-866-782-8777, customer rep was eager to help, she knew about the promotion, told her i'll try to buy a sim from a Sprint (not a franchise) store cuz i don't want to wait for shipping etc, franchise would likely not sell you just the sim. Telesales said she'll call back within an hour after i hopefully had the sim. While inside the store, just 2 reps and 6 people waiting. Went to Best Buy and bought the sim from them. Sims for the Moto X Pure, Moto G5 plus, and the Google Pixel are different from sim for the Iphone. Told telesales to call tomorrow to hopefully finish setting up account and porting numbers.

I just called that # too! She told me to get a sim card from the store and then they will call me back to set up my line. I gave them another number vs my real one because I plan on keeping my T-mobile line while having a free Sprint line for free!

Don't activate it at the store, they don't have this deal. Activate thru online or phone. If you don't want to wait for your sim to arrive, buy it from Best Buy. Android sim $10, iPhone sim $5.

Do you know if unactivated Apple sims work for this deal on newer iPhones? Or are these $5 sims at Best Buy just Sprint sims that are compatible with specific phone models? Tia.
