Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Well, I give up. I'm unable to bring my Pixel from MintSim directly to Sprint. Even though Ting and Tello approves.

I think Yes, ask a friend who does not have sprint if you can use their IMEI.

use friends IMEI, get sim from sprint/apple store.

activate line

swap phones to whitelisted sprint phone (does not have to be from promo list).
Does the phone itself have to currently have service? Wondering if buying a Moto G4 unlocked and porting a number from T-Mobile MVNO would work?

I doubt free service offer will be cancelled if you use other than registered non sprint phone. Coz this free service offer is exclusively for non sprint phone. Please Let me know if you/ any of your known ones moved their SIM to sprint phone.

1) all phones on sprint must be whitelisted. in other words, Sprint has a database (or access to databases) of all the phones allowed on sprint's network.

2) you can not use a non-sprint phone that has not been whitelisted.

3) my comment was about using a phone not listed for this deal and one that is whitelisted.

4) sprint's deal terms say you can swap to a listed non sprint phone from the listed non-sprint phone you star with, that was never the issue in discussion.

The phone (G4 or whatever is your liking) has to be whitelisted and (I think) not currently on a sprint account.

any unlocked iphone IMEI should work as long as they are not on sprint... any verizon iphone 5c/s or newer will work as they are all unlocked.

You need the IMEI from my understanding and a sprint sim to activate service, once you have service, you should be able to swap phones over the phone or online in your account.

As stated before, I ran in to some issues when trying to port from Google Voice (as expected). Understanding it would probably not work, I still wanted to give it a good try.

In any case.. If I create a new line on my T-Mobile plan, does anyone know how long that one would need to be active before I could port it out to Sprint? And is there any reason that I could not just create a tablet plan on T-mobile and port that one over to Sprint instead of a phone line?

Thanks.
What kind of issues did you have with google voice port? Did you wait 1-3 days? I've ported google voice from other deals and it takes a while to complete.

Ported from TPO, a T-Mobile MVNO, successfully. Was pretty straightforward, put in account number and pin, then a few mins later, done!
Glad to hear you're successful porting in from sprint mvno. Was your device active on TPO before you ported in for this deal?

My verizon iPhone6s is currently active on Ting (another sprint mvno), and the checker said my device not eligible. Did you also have the same issue with your device (that was on TPO), and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks.

What is the MintSim account number and PIN? Neither is shown on mintsim website.
Edit this method no longer works sorry..
Easiest way to do this, no need to talk to anyone.
Call 611 from mintsim phone, it will take you to the automated customer service line. (Ultra Mobile) After you verify your number (dial 1), you will press (5) to get your account number and PIN texted to you!

I signed up and activated my Pixel on TPO and used it for like 2 days before checking to see if my device was eligible for porting out to Sprint, which it was, and I did.

I don't know if this deal will let you port from a Sprint MVNO. If your service is with Ting on the GSM network, then that should work (since I was with TPO on the GSM network also), not sure about CDMA.

Oh thanks... I was confused.

Is there any way to get on this deal with my Ting number and device (both active with Ting currently)? My device is iPhone 6s (Verizon).

Would it be possible to do this without porting out from Ting first?

Otherwise, if i must port out from ting first, what would be the cheapest way?

2 sprint note4s? did u call and and try to do a port in with ur number and those devices or other current non-sprint device but when u port in, u want to activate those phones?

are they trying to get it to work for you or what are you waiting few days for?
Since the phones aren't on the list, they told me that they need a supervisor to clear the move to sprint. Both phones are from sprint but do not work for BYOD except when done by their supervisor.
