Customer service says that several iPhone BYODs are having this issue and they were not able to resolve. They opened a ticket and said someone will get back to me. Anyone with similar BYOD iPhones having this issue? Ideas on how to fix it?
reddit has good referral threads for things, SD does not allow simply because $$$, as I understand it.
