Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

That's great news. I am going to be doing the same. Where are you located? I'm getting mixed reviews from people about the signal strength.
I'm in Colorado Springs, CO.

Anybody with any luck in New Jersey. I'm thinking of switching from Verizon to Sprint for this deal?

Damn, you got lucky. They saw MintSim was closed and said they can't do anything no matter what unless they call to verify.
Yeah, I guess I was lucky. The agent I spoke to was really trying to get the promotion to work for me. After the she called MintSim customer service and found that it was closed, she tried to verify my account information by asking me to log into my MintSim online account. Unfortunately, that information is nowhere to be found online.

I got the impression that they only cared about getting the account information correct so the port request will complete. Maybe you can get an email response from MintSim with your account number/PIN before calling in again.

I already obtained the account info and pin from Mint. Gave it to Sprint and that's when they said still have to call. Just seems Sprint is really helpful to some and useless to the rest. But did they say your imei or esn is no longer on Sprint's database at some point?

All,
Do we need to activate any 2-yr sprint plan for this ? (and first year of that is free)
OR is it a 1-yr plan only which means complete free..

And are MVNO prepaid plans eligible for this promotion ?

I tried getting some answers from a ReP. Anyone here able to give some feedback? I'm trying to figure out how much would it cost to add international calling to Mexico. But all I got its " is free " then oh it's .20 cents a minute" isn't there a plan like most carriers? Ty

One year free no contract cancel any time. Just cannot do upgrades until October or plan will stop being free.

Can I purchase a new phone from eBay or Sprint directly at the full price, such as a $240 HTC 10?

I'm not sure but isn't buying full price from sprint like upgrade?

The eBay one you might be able to get away with as some people have said they can swap sim to other sprint devices.

They asked me for the IMEI, ICCID, and phone number as a part of the application, but never said anything about a database.

Don't the terms say you can use any device after activating? If you break your phone you can buy a new one at full price. ThEy won't let you do a lease or purchase plan.
