Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Did you have a Sprint account before but closed it in a very short time?
No, I never have a Sprint account before.

I might just go to the Sprint store when it opens at 10am PST today.

But the rep over the phone mentioned that they will cancel my online order and I can do everything at the store. I was telling him I paid overnight shipping for the SIM card and he said I will be credited.

Do you see anything bad from going to the store? Does the store have the same promotion? And will they give me trouble with porting out from H20 wireless?

Can anyone who has set this up with a line already describe how you go about adding in more lines afterwards?

Is that something you can do online? or do you have to call?

Do you have to port in and use one of the listed phones? or can you just add in a new line/phone # and use any compatible Sprint phone?

I can't port all of them in at one, so want to make sure I understand how it can be done afterwards.

So, you only need to open the account by 06/30, then you can add lines after 06/30 and still get the promotion for those new lines, is this correct?

Hmm, you're the first user to report this. What does your account billing info say? I believe a few users have copy/pasted theirs, I'll find it and add it to the wiki

In NYS, for example, if the effective tax and fee rate, including USF+other taxes, is 25%, the price for 1 "free" sprint line would be $15 after taxes and fees.
Quote from lou2004 :
Got my first bill. $4.53 each line (nyc area). I have 3 lines so its under $15.
No activation fee.
so I gues sshinseiryuu is someone working for the other companies, $15 just for tax and fee...LMAO or maybe NYC is not part of NYSlaugh out loud

you have to call to add a line. I added two by calling. Ported from Freedompop and Ring.to. Using iphone 6 and nexus 6.
