Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

so I gues sshinseiryuu is someone working for the other companies, $15 just for tax and fee...LMAO or maybe NYC is not part of NYSlaugh out loud
Each line is $5 and its free after autopay. Its possible they tax you on $5 instead of $60. So for less than $5 each line its a super hot-deal.

pretty sure the store dont know anything about this promotion.
That's what I am worry about also.

I will bring the flyer that I got from the SIM card with me.

Well, worst case is I can't sign up for the promo.

I just don't know why they couldn't activate the line online and force me to go into the store.

The rep on the phone contact the credit dept and the lady got all my info over the phone and says I have to go into the store.

For Google Voice Users
If you've never set your pin or if you want to try to change it, this worked for me:

Change your PIN
On your computer, open Google Voice.
At the top left, open Menu Menu and then Legacy Google Voice. Google Voice will look different, but you're in the right place.
At the top right, click Settings Settings and then Settings.
Click the "Voicemail & Text" tab.
Next to "Voicemail PIN," enter and confirm your new PIN.
At the bottom, click Save changes.

Its up to the device your're using. When I had my Samsung Note 3 I can use data and talk at the same time on Sprint.

you have to call to add a line. I added two by calling. Ported from Freedompop and Ring.to. Using iphone 6 and nexus 6.
Which number did you call? The representative supports to know this on-line offer, right? Did you order new Sprint SIM cards online? What were the model number of the SIM cards, 63.08 or 01.04?

Does it work if I use a friend's phone's IMEI and my own phone number to pass the validation.

Then, when I receive the Sprint SIM card, I use another Sprint-compatible phone for the plan? (Never use the friend's phone to activate the SIM.)

Basically, I am trying to avoid buying a Sprint-compatible phone until I get the SIM card... Does the above work? Thank you!

I dont think so. The only reason samsung note 3 works is it has 2 radio can use at once. I didnt upgrade to note 4 and note 5 for that reason.

yes because your esn is currently active in the Sprint system as ting is a Sprint mvno. what you could to is find a dummy esn and tell ting to release your iPhone esn and replace it with the dummy one
Hi, has anyone successfully gotten this deal from another Sprint MVNO? Specifically, is it possible to get this deal from Ting (while your device and phone number are active on Ting)? If so, how?

I have Verizon iPhone 6s. It was with Verizon first, then RingPlus, and then it IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE on Ting. I tried the checker for this deal, entered the IMEI (and MEID) and Ting phone #, and it said the phone is not eligible.

Supposedly Verizon iPhones are all unlocked (thus mine should be too), and iPhone 6s is on the eligible device list for this deal.

As suggested by the SDer "ultrasoul", I can find a dummy esn and tell Ting to release my iphone esn and replace it with the dummy one. Has anyone done this successfully and could advise how to do this? Also, by doing this, how would I be able to keep my Ting phone number and port it to sprint for this 1-year free service?

I'd really appreciate help and advice on how to get this deal from Ting (active device/service on Ting). Thank you.
