Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Omg..just spend 2 hours with sprint to have this set up. I hung up when they wanted to do the credit check for the 3rd time! God forbid you're on Sprint and you have to call sprint to resolve an issue.
Customer service is frequently poor, but Verizon isn't much better. I haven't had to deal with customer service from Tmobile or AT&T recently so can't comment on those

Did a clickit ticket yesterday and it failed because my phone is with a carrier... But like... how can I bring a number without a carrier. That stumped her. So now they're going to make another and do some sort of "bypass" to this ticket. Think I'll have to sell this Pixel and get another never touched by a carrier. All this for unlimited data *shrug*

The eligibility checker will show ineligible for any number on the Sprint network, regardless of the eligibility of the phone. If you have an eligible phone, you could put a landline number in, and it would show it as eligible laugh out loud
That didn't work for me, unfortunately.

I think that means your phone is ineligible for some reason then.

I have a sprint locked iphone 6 on freedompop. If I were to swap it out so that the iphone is no longer active, would I be able to pass the eligibility check with a google voice number?

And if it did pass, then I'd have to call in and lie a bit or just straight tell them google when they ask who my carrier is?

I am on a three lines family plan with T-Mobile. All three phones are paid off. I am trying to switch over to the BYOD year free with sprint and only one of the phones is eligible.

Phone 1: IPhone 6s+ - Eligible
Phone 2: IPhone 6 - Not Eligible
Phone 3: IPhone 6 - Not Eligible

Anyone run into the same issue, has resolved this, and could provide some advice?

Thanks!
Hey try the Internet explorer browser. Also Sprint website sucks. Check them individually and it will say that the phones are eligible. I had the same issue

Its better to pay $13 for the sim and do it online. This way you dont have to talk to a human and waste 45 minutes of your time.
