Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I read through the first 30 pages of this thread. Want to get this, but website says my Nexus 6 is "Phone(s) not compatible It doesn't look like your phone(s) will work on our network, but"...I have used it on Ringplus, and Ting before. Switched to Tello, but couldn't get phone to work. Successfully ported over to H20 wireless yesterday. When put in IMEI and phone #, get same message saying not compatible. Called and said not eligible because H20 is prepaid (don't know why it wouldn't say that instead of "phone not compatible"). Any way to switch to ATT, TMobile, or VZW temporarily to get this to work, if that is indeed the issue? Or does fact I have been on a Spring MVNO before mean I can't get it? Thanks...
Try to search the esn on ting by going to BYOD section with the IMEI and see whether Nexus 6 shows up under CDMA section. If the device is still under Ting under your my devices remove it from there. The phone might still exist in Sprint database as under use on sprint network.

Has anyone confirmed yet that we can activate with a phone from the list and then swap to a different phone?

Sorry to ask again but getting ready to order some cheap phones just so I can activate and then swap.

Is there a workaround for call/web surfing while on Sprint Network? there's got to be something.....
Yes, there are 2 phones Samsung J7 Perx and LG Stylo 3 that have a feature called "Calling Plus" which is VoIP over LTE (i.e faux VoLTE). It is a beta feature undergoing a trail. If you buy those phones you can talk/surf at the same time.

shades of free Ringplus! I have some eligible phones and easy to swap out from Tello for free. Or port, I have spare Tello line if that qualifies, just never bothered with porting before. I'm all about taking easy street.

What's the cheapest and easiest way of getting a line started elsewhere (without already having a phone) that's portable to this deal? Then what's the cheapest and most decent phone that you can buy that'll work with it? Some of you guys are so deep and savvy in to this stuff I'm hoping someone can help. I want to get my kids a phone line and decent phone and time is running out

Edited to add, Cricket has a couple of $.99 phones that I could get the lines established on and next day shipping. Can you port from Crickett on this deal? I know the phones wouldn't work. Can you port out that fast?
GoPhone sim. Cricket makes you top up $30 minimum. GoPhone shouldn't require a top-up or at most $10. You can port just as quickly as you activate, 1-2 hours wait should be enough.

I believe there have been a few people in this thread, including myself, who have been reporting slow LTE speeds. I've experienced 1-2 Mbps DL speeds with my Google Pixel in areas with supposedly great coverage. I've also been in areas where I've gotten decent DL speeds of 20-30 Mbps, so at this point I'm just assuming it's Sprint's coverage.
Thanks KTM19 Smilie Repped for the assistance. Reading through I see a few more reports even after my own one as well. I'll still give the fresh install a try and if it doesn't improve, at least those speeds are in an area I use WiFi most of the time. Hopefully, when out and about the experience will be a better when data is actually needed. Thanks!

Hello,

I checked and download speeds were around 23 to 25 mbps and uploads around3-5 mbps. I run them in my building where I get average network. I have to try outside and i think speeds may go reach high..
Cool...

Yes if it's on another carrier.
so if I buy the phone from Amazon, I would have to activate it on my current service before porting my number to Sprint?
