Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Unable to pass credit check, though have good credit score? Ask me to call? Does calling help the process? Thanks.
I'm not a credit specialist, but others here have mentioned that it's not unusual for people with too good a credit score to be flagged. The thinking is that they want to make sure you're a real person with unbelievably good credit and not a fraud.

Also, there's a good chance that the $30 activation fee will be waived when applying over the phone. The agent I spoke to did it without my asking. I know the fee is supposed to be credited back over 2 months, but I'd rather not have to worry about it and argue about it later if there's a mixup. If the agent doesn't mention it, I would ask.

Has anyone ported in from FP Global Sim? I have Ting at the moment and it's of course coming up as "Phone(s) not compatible", it's a Moto G4 so I know I can use it. I was thinking that I port over my Ting number to a little used FP Global SIM, then once its ported over, try to push it through to this Sprint deal. Will that work?

Never. Ever try to get this promo. you'll end up calling the customer service all day long, and you will end up talking to bunch of Idians (sprint uses Indian reps), and they will try to sell you phones and not gonna listen to you.
If you ask for a manager, then you'll be transferred to another Indian rep. and asking your name and acct number again.
Why are you even calling the customer service? The deal is straightforward. Buy online and activate online.

You have to ask an FP agent by calling or by facebook/twitter. I have heard many people say that the changes made in the web portal do not take correctly.

If you've ever been on a Sprint MVNO (as Ting is), the phone will show as not compatible, even after leaving the MVNO. I just ported from Google Fi to Google Voice and my Pixel XL IMEI still shows as not compatible on Sprint's eligibility check

As I understand it, and others have mentioned, once phone is used on a Sprint MVNO, it gets added to the PLBL database and then it must be changed back to the other SPSC database in order to get that IMEI working again on Sprint's (native) network.

PM LiterallyUnlimited on Reddit once you port out, and he should be able to help place your phone's IMEI back on the correct SPSC database from the PLBL database. As of now, my Pixel XL is now showing eligible after this change was made, yay!

Sprint directly should also be able to fix this, but I believe the general consensus is that it is not something reps are (very) knowledgeable about as it requires a ClickIt Ticket, which as far as I can tell from a bit of googling, this can take up to a few days to be done on Sprint's end.

Try Internet explorer or chrome. If it doesn't work try to go incognito. I had the same issue and was able to complete the transaction in IE.
