Tons of people have done it (Porting from Google) , don't be afraid sir
They need you more than you need them, they need to show increased consumers on their network.
If you ask for a manager, then you'll be transferred to another Indian rep. and asking your name and acct number again.

I checked a sprint iPhone 7 plus I had bought almost two months ago. It's been inactive since the first day as I had swap to my old iPhone 6s Plus unlocked from T-Mobile. I chatted with CSR and ask to remove imei from that phone from my account. The CSR said it's not on my account. This iPhone 7 plus has since been activated on T-Mobile from the person I sold the phone to.
On eligibility checker, the iPhone 7 plus passes but the old iPhone 6s Plus does not since it is now considered a sprint phone.

wtf
I wanted to know if I can get a ok phone from best buy and this guy was trying to sell a used phone. did not care if I am losing the free one year promo.
I don't think I can upgrade my phone until October 1st
I understand that a Sprint phone that has been used on a Sprint mvno is flagged as such and can't be used to initiate this deal but normally can such a phone be swapped into a "normal" Sprint account or used to start a "normal" Sprint plan? Assuming passing FED of course.
