Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I have a Sprint question not specifically about this deal:
I understand that a Sprint phone that has been used on a Sprint mvno is flagged as such and can't be used to initiate this deal but normally can such a phone be swapped into a "normal" Sprint account or used to start a "normal" Sprint plan? Assuming passing FED of course.
in my experience..its been hit/miss...once sprint was able to "bring it back"..other time...both of us gave up

That somehow doesn't seem legal to cancel an order and replace with another without your consent.
Talked with Sprint customer service....they said that they cancelled the first order because i didnt sign the ESIGN. What are they talking about? I passed the credit check, paid for 3 sims, received confirmation email. I think I better stay with Tmobile at this point.

Yes same thing happen to me. 800 credit and had to go to store with 2 ID and go over questions with credit guy on the phone. All for 1 line.
I was helping my dad transfer lines from T-Mobile to this.. he was also asked to bring two IDs to a sprint store( super good credit ). Once there the credit department called the store spoke to my old man for a few minutes asking some security safety questions and he was denied lol ... not even sure why

Did you sign esign? That will be your approval of the contract/deal. Without it they can't proceed.

Maybe he answered them wrong? It was around 5 questions. Had to wait in line for 1 hour thought just to see the CSR. And guess what? The CSR didn't even save my application. So after I left the store and called back to finish my application, they couldn't find it. Had to speak to credit guy again. Including phone calls + going to the store... probably spent 6 hours... Worth it? IDK yet because I am getting <1mb DL/UL...

I haven't done the deal so I can't say exactly. But I bought the G6 yesterday and the telesales guy sent me the order agreement for me to esign because it was a dpp agreement.

I would think you should have received a similar email about the plan where you have to esign.

Action needed:
Sign your agreement online!

Thank you for your recent purchase. We will process your order after you sign your agreement online.

Important things to do to avoid order delays or cancellation:
• Click the button above and use your PIN to sign in and access your agreement.

• Complete these easy steps within 72 hours of order placement.

Wow !! Seems like such a hassle, but free service it's nice. Specially for my dad he doesn't use much data. I assume doing the whole process online it's probably much easier

you'll need to call them again on your first bill to find out why the promo is not applied just like I did today. and spent another hour to figure out and I was transferred 3 times. I might need to call them again mext month. rofl
