Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'd say leave the Sprint SIM in and restart you phone. Mine just started working after awhile.

for those have more than one Sims. how can you tell which one belong to which phone?number ?
when you activate, you tell sprint which phone you're putting it into, so remember which sim you used for which phone.

Which phone are you having? You need to do PRL upgrade. Restarting phone may also work.

PRL update is another possibility, but it wasn't necessary for the SIM to start working. To do that on Sprint - ##UPDATE#

I just spent over an hour and a half on the phone with Sprint trying to get my number activated and ported over. Lady said there has to be a phone number assigned to the SIM card before they can port over my number and that I have to go to a store to do it. They don't have a clue what is going on with this promotion. I just talked to SEVEN different people over the past hour and a half; I cancelled the order. Just lost $13 and cost me a hard credit pull. F Sprint!

Yeah me too, my rep was nice though, for security question I asked if there was question for favorite food, he said no, but he said wanted to know my favorite food anyway. I said "Curry" and he wanted to know what it was, how to eat it, etc.

read the previous posts. Never Ever get this promo. if you are willing to spend at least 7 hours on the phone, running to their store. with all the wrong info. you will end up bombing sprints head quarter. literally.

Mine is finally working now too.
I might be having the same issue you had. I got my SIM today and activated it online almost 3 hours ago. Not really any indication of porting success, but it did go to the confirmation page and sent me an e-mail saying my phone should activate in 10 minutes, etc.

I put the sim in my Nexus 6 like 30 minutes later and it won't get past "Configuring your cellular network" and I have no service. Got on chat and it sounded like they couldn't access my account and I was transferred awhile ago, but still on hold waiting for a new representative to look into it.

If you think this may be the same issue you had, any advice on fixing this? Don't have another phone number to call from right now, but guess I could call with my Verizon SIM while it is still active (assuming it is, not positive).

edit: new rep was finally able to locate an account and said port was still in progress and I must keep waiting for it to complete. Guess I will give it a little more time.

OK. I also have iphone 6. This is what I did:

Step 1:
Connect to a Wi-Fi network
Go to dial pad
Enter ##25327#
Press Call
A "Reset Subscriber Settings" message will appear - press OK
Wait 5-10 seconds; the signal notification will display "Searching" on the top left of the screen.
When the phone shows a signal again, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 2:
Press the phone app
Dial ##873283#
Press Call
Starting Service Update message will appear - press OK
If update is successful Service Update Complete message will appear after about a minute - press OK.

You should be good after that. My phone started working after these steps.

Mine was nice too, I'll open 2 accounts for her, port maybe 6 or 7 lines total.
