Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Do you have sprint account before?
In the beginning, it shows incorrect. After I changed the email address in my old sprint account.
Then, sprint.com/activatenow works.

Sprint is a Cluster Fluck!

I signed up online on Thur, entering in my personal info, SSN, DOB, address, credit card #, etc... The SIMS were shipped Friday and arrived Monday (as others have noted - so much for paying for overnight shipping!). I even got three e-mails about my order, my order #, shipping info, etc...

Today, I tried to go to www.sprint.com/activatenow [sprint.com] to activate my first phone and the website tells me my info (E-mail address, DOB, and phone number) is incorrect. I then called the number (866)782-8777 from the paper and tried to speak with them about the issues I was having with their website. They asked my for my order number and I gave it to them...they then said they wanted to create an account for me and would need all my personal info again (name, SSN, DOB, etc...)...I told her that I was not comfortable giving it to them as they are not in the USA (they are in the Philippines - not India as someone else has stated over and over). I asked to speak with someone in the USA - she said that they were the only ones I could speak with.

The CSR then tried to contact the credit department...and they wanted to know what my application number was....I'm like, WTF??? Application Number?? I signed up through Sprint, paid with a credit card, had sims shipped to me - there was no "Application Number". They want to pull my credit a 2nd time and set me up again - has anyone else gone through this 2nd credit pull BS?

I'm just trying to activate sims that I have in hand right now.

What a goatrope this company is!

Hopefully this thread will have more stories of others experiences with activation...and not all this BS about trying to sneak in pre-paid phones or all the other scams people are trying to do to get in on this deal.

I'll have to search tomorrow and find a US Phone number to call or go instore - Does anyone have a number to Sprint Corporate to get resolution on 'legitimate" issues?

Doesn't Ting show up as Sprint MNVO? And could use Ting Number to port in to Sprint?
I am also with Ting. I have tried online and by phone. Since Ting is a MNVO of Sprint, they see you as already being a customer so no go. I knew by reading this forum that it wouldn't work, but I wanted to see if I could get phone support to try a few things. They acted like it could be done but after about 30 minutes they gave up.

We've upgraded our security

To validate your identity we need to send you a passcode. After success you might be required to strengthen your password.

Anybody get this every time you sign in? Even after you already did it.

I was able to get this deal after spent almost 2 hours on phone with customer service. My only problem is my phone only show 3g ( iphone 6s plus) even I try all the way I search on google but no work at all. My phone work fine with ATT LTE before. Anyone have ideas? BTW lte coverage in my area is excellent.
My Google Pixel was showing just 3g for a while. Eventually the 4g kicked in. But I also did other stuff, which could be just Android based.

Data deprioritization applies during congestion.

I missed this in the details. So this occurs even before hitting the soft cap of 22gb or whatever it is?

1. Would you be considered as T-Mobile customer if you're under someone else's plan as an additional line? (ie. On plan under a sibling's account)

2. Do you have to buy a SIM from them or can you bring your own Sprint SIM to the store?

Mine still showed processing on the day AFTER it was already delivered (and 3 business days after placing the order). I only got the tracking number later that afternoon.

1. Yes you Tmobile customer but you would need account number and pin to port
2. You can bring your own sim if it is compatible with device but would need to call to setup account. Or you can apply account online and pay $2.99 per sim plus $10 overnight shipping. Cannot sign up for this offer in store.

Have you checked your phone and number with eligibility checker to see if they qualify?
