Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Sprint is pretty decent in my area unless you need consistently fast data.

YES

i got a message from sprint asking how was my experience with sprint. i gave them 0 . rep called. after hearing my issues they assured me my plan will be fixed and moved to ayear of free service.
next i got a bill of 55+8 bucks. talked to them on chat.
now i have a $55 adjustment on my account so i need to pay $8 only.

keep calling is my opinion
Thanks, That is basically what they are telling me too... Seems like a big hassle... I don't trust them that this will get fixed and don't want to have to call in every month... I don't understand why they can't just put the proper plan on my account that was there in the first place prior to my porting issues...

Just wanted to say I left Verizon and went to sprint for this killer deal with my iPhone 6s Plus (last iPhone due to death of headphone jack). Overall everything went very easily for me. The pricing looks right on the sprint app so far. The speeds are definitely slower than Verizon probably due to data hogs! But frankly for this price point and the fact that I generally download most of my content to my device anyway it works just plenty find for me. I might go back to Verizon when this deal is up if the pricing is comparable. But if sprint is substantially cheaper I might even stick with them. Thanks to OP and the posters on here that gave me the courage to switch! It was easier than I would have thought! Time for the carriers to start chewing on each other on price! Let the competition begin!!!

Yes, I highly think so. I think Sprint need more customers for Merger coming soon, maybe if they show they have more customers, they get more money or something?

My Rep from Philippines was on call with me for 45 minutes, till I walked to Sprint Store (Corporate store is 2 mile near me and I walk in afternoon for exercise, he said he will wait on call rather than let me order SIM online). I think he gets paid per activation or some thing or Sprint needs numbers
Same thing happened to me... he waited on the phone while i walked to sprint store... twice. :-) Probably same rep.

Yeah, their account website is buggy as hell... Try re-load or different browser or incognito.

Just ported 2 lines over from Tmo and everything worked great. Took about 30 minutes of wait time to activate after filling out the online stuff. Account notes the free service until 7/31/18. Also signed up for the $100 per line credit union rewards rebate and 20k AA miles, so hopefully those come through.

Also, Sprint signal strength is better at the my home and office than Tmo so far. Go figure.

Just saved $1000 over the next year. That's a slick deal.
From doing the target deal last month I found out that the AA and the Credit Union are mutually exclusive. They should email you about which one you want.

Totally agree I've been doing the Republic / MVNO game for the past three years and have saved a bundle... The big carriers are ripping people off big time if you don't need any help from all of the walk-in stores they provide.

I just canceled my Sprint SIM order I placed on 6/16 for next day shipping. Order still hasn't shipped yet.

I already got my Spring SIM yesterday from Samsung.com that I ordered the same day with 2 day shipping.

Getting speeds in LA:

Download: 4Mbps
Upload: 1.2Mbps

Around 2 to 3 bars.

When do you sign up for the credit union, before or after making an account? Or can you make an account with no lines/plans yet then sign up for the credit union. What are the steps. Thank you very much.
