Anyway, does someone know, if I quickly get an established GoPhone account on a new Moto G4 Play, how quickly can I port back out? I don't want to buy the phones and service and then be told the account has to be active for at least X days before you can leave. I'm ready to order the phones overnight and can grab the sims at Walmart

Should I try online again or go to the store or what else? Very frustrated here.
I'm considering porting one of my FP lines for this deal.
Yes I ported from FP the free service plan. They asked me if it was pre or post paid. I said post. There was no issue when I said it's coming from freedompop

1 - ordered sim online after the 2PM ET cutoff for overnight on a Thursday, on Friday morning I called in they said my order was "stuck" because they had so many orders -- they pushed it through manually whatever that means, and I had the SIM monday (no Saturday delivery)
2 - Wifi calling was not working, I was getting "enablement error" when I turned it on. Called tech support twice, second time was escalated to a US-based call center, the guy sounded like he knew what he was doing, and finally opened a "ticket." he said they would call me in 24-48 hrs when its resolved on the back end. I was able to follow up via chat and twitter to confirm the ticket was in fact opened. 36 hours later wifi calling was working (though I have not received a call from them yet).
3 - Service has been slow compared to VZ but expected. I was getting 30+ Mbps now i'm getting 10-15Mbps when its good service. I typically have 2-3 LTE bars but I've read that the bars are subjective by carrier and phone so it's not meaningful to compare across carriers.
4 - Near my office in midtown Manhattan there is apparently an outage that is being worked on; it's been 3 days. Speeds are <1Mbps. I was able to find out about the outage by tweeting at them.
5 - On a few calls I had some random loud beeping during the call (sounds like a touch tone like the other person pressed a number but they said they did not). This occurred on the cell network (not wifi calling) and the other party was on a VZ cell phone. I have not found a solution to this yet and I'm not sure how to force it to happen to troubleshoot it.
6 - The AA 20k Miles OR the credit union bonus will stack with this. I signed up for both and 48 hours later received an email asking which I wanted because I couldn't have both.
Bought T-Mobile pay as you go sims for just over $12 after shipping and taxes, they came pre activated with with 30 min and 30 text so don't need add any more $. Called #NUM# (or #686#) to get my phone number, set a PIN number via 611 and "change my account PIN" command (thanks to Ting's instructions).
Tried to sign up for sprint online on IE 11 and it hung, then tried Chrome and I could not pass the credit check a second time.. Called the number 1-866-782-8777 and did the process. Make sure to tell them T-Mobile prepay so you don't need a account number just the phone number and pin from above. The agent really wanted to add the insurance and I had to say no 3 times. Had to do a three way with the credit department so they could verify me with the standard public record based three questions. Everything was activated and ready to go within about an hour.
If i was to do this again I'd use Chrome over IE and hope it didn't hang, but the good news with calling in is I could use an older SIM card (new) that I paid for from RingPlus.
Still need to remove wife's phone from MVNO and call up and port that phone over with a second T-Mobile phone number.
(Also tried to route google voice to the ported number and it was ringing some other number, will wait a day to set that up.)

I ordered the SIMs on Friday, received Tuesday, opened package found phone and set pin on Wednesday and activated on Sprint a few hours later.
