Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Awesome man. I have a Tmobile store just down the street, called and he said they have the same sims in store for $10 and have the 30 minutes/30 texts preloaded. Going to swing in there tomorrow and get them all activated there in the store. Afraid of ordering, would like to get these going before the weekend so I can spend the weekend/next week sorting through any issues getting them over to Sprint. May go to Best Buy and get sims instead of ordering through Sprint to again be ahead of the deadline.

yes T-Mobile is new number, my main number is google voice so i can change SIMs as much as I want. From what I read here people always have issues with porting numbers between the various offers.

I ordered the SIMs on Friday, received Tuesday, opened package found phone and set pin on Wednesday and activated on Sprint a few hours later.

T mobile $3 pay as you go is good. You don't need to fund it. When you call to set up just tell the service rep that you still have to decide on which plan and you'll fund it later. That way you can set up your account and get the account number and pin and new phone number too. Dunno how soon you can port but I'll give it half a day or so. Or you can check if your t-mobile line is "live", then maybe you can port it right away. Should be quick.
Going to pick the sims up at the tmo store tomorrow. Guess they're $10 and come preloaded with 30 minutes/30 texts so that should be perfect to get this done. Regardless, it looks like I have to buy a sim so this should get the deal done. This will also give me the opportunity to test T-mobile service at my house. I've always wondered what they're like here to know if they're a viable option for me.

GOOGLE VOICE PORTERS

Please report your success... I have seen posts from a couple that said they were allowed to do so; however, Sprint is giving me grief over it.

They seem to have a hangup with the account number being the same as the phone number. I am assuming thats what everyone is using as their account number?

I have literally tried 5 times (only 1 credit check) and I keep getting different excuses.

If you plan on buying a new iphone then Virgin Deal is better otherwise you jump through the hoops for this one.

So can you buy the correct Sprint (non-prepaid?) sim at Best Buy? I don't care about the fee, just don't want to wait and risk the timeline

I'm not sure if they also come preloaded with data. It maybe extra. But ya of all the speeds I think Sprint is the slowest but it's still usable and free for me so I'm all good.

I'm just putting my young kids on them. Sprint is pretty poor at my actual house but really good around town in general so they'll be fine for them. They'll be on wifi at home
