Even when I accidentally swapped the 2 numbers I ported over with the phones, I just had to switch them in GV.

Not sure if this in the wiki but, I had to purchase a sim and set up the plan via phone. Sure enough, although two agents confirmed that I was on this plan, I called in a third time and asked what plan I was on. The agent straight up said 5L/$90 Freedom Unlimited. Had to be transferred to the "account services" team where the agent had to determine the actual plan name and then switch me over (still on hold now). Will update with results in a few.

Switched from TMobile
Purchased Sim from BB (unfortunately the aren't free and cost 10.00. One of the SIMs doesn't even work).
Account services agent advised that documents in their office states this is for web sign ups only. I have now been transferred to another "team" (sounds outsourced back to the Philippines).
Phillipines agent say this requires escalation and time to fix. I am now requesting a supervisor (I actually requested one at the beginning of the call) to terminate services.

Then this morning I see a charge for $70 for line I canceled yesterday... chat rep this AM reassured me though since this line was canceled that it would be refunded <14 days and this is before due date, so I'm not gonna worry about it... really just want to get the right plan on the account, cuz once that is done I should be able to add my extra 3 lines... not going to do it though till my account shows the right plan. Their "back office" is probably pretty busy with this plan.
