Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Success! Phone in. Opened 3 lines. Total phone time: 1 hour and 12 minutes. 28 of which was talking to the porting dept, who had a couple of numbers wrong. H2O ported in less than 10 minutes. 2 freedompop(att) numbers will port at midnight Sunday.
About the freedompop lte port, how did you get the account number and PIN, cant find it under the 'account settings' section of FP site.

Question how long should it take to see a second line in the My Sprint Devices area? Yesterday I moved one phone and created the account, today I ported a second phone and am waiting for it to show up. Just wondering how long until I see it? When I look up the order number I see that the order is complete but still only have the first device on my plan. I want to move to that number to an older phone once everything is setup.

FYI if they need an account number for T-Mobile Prepaid its the 1+phone number.

I seem to be on the correct plan/promo. The fella that helped me kept mentioning the promo throughout the entire process, he seemed well aware that it was the plan I needed to be on. My account on Sprint.com appears to back that up as well. If I login to my account on Sprint.com >> hover over My Sprint >> click View my devices >> click View plan details >> click See details >> I see the following:

Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. (Free with AutoPay until 7/31/18)
10GB Mobile Hotspot.
International Text from US.
Requires $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.
Savings until 7/31/18; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for
lines 3-5 with AutoPay.

That matches what is quoted on the front page of this SD posting.

Call FP. Use the sales department prompt. Don't use the support option.

Don't be dense. They're well aware of referral credits and other rewards. They are manually reviewed and not automated. There are multiple terms and conditions on all of them. This free plan is only free because they aren't spending on marketing, in store training, financing devices, etc. They're passing on all those savings and acquisition costs to the consumer.

How do you know those saving can't spare $150. From my experience as and SDer, I will shoot first and ask later, submit the referral take 1 mins, so if the system accept it I will submit it and cross my finger.

Even if CEO call me up and personally told me they wont happen I will still do it as long as their system accept it maybe some disgruntled employee will approve itLMAO

Just like any any "too good to be true deal" in SD, you order it and wait for the order cancellation!!

wow you got really unlucky or you did it wrong. did you do it online or call the dedicated hotline? either way, you should have confirmed everything multiple times. It's not going to be easy getting it fixed.

I tried going through the 200+ pages of this thread but I can't find an exact confirmation here, can someone please help? I just ordered the SIM cards for 3 Verizon phones. What referrals should I be trying to get in on? The Sprint referral link? The main phone number referred the second two lines? I saw the credit union thing too. If someone can give me a quick little point in the right direction for my situation I'll literally fly to your state and swallow you.

i have chat transcripts confirming that i have the free plan. i also have the interaction number. last time i called they gave me a $55 credit to offset the cost of the plan. just not sure if i will stay with these fools for a year. i am gettign tmo from company for $30. the speeds on sprint in chicago are average at best. takes a few minuts to start a youtube video.
i am gettign what i am paying which is NOTHING.
wont recommend sprint to anyone else in chicago

BTW, I'm not even the one who asked. Saw it on another forum. But, yeah, go ahead and shoot first ask questions later, lol.
