Reps for anyone that can help

I have three phones that are showing eligible. One iphone 6 plus is not due to it not being unlocked. I can't unlock it until 7/2. The promotion ends on the 30th. Att wants around 100 to terminate the contract early.

Is there anyway for me to get this phone on this plan?

I had the same error. Called in, signed up, everything is working great. I am on the right plan and everything works as it should. Just make sure to mention you are signing up for the unlimited free for a year promotion. The rep should repeat the outline of the plan like 40 times when you are going through the hour long process to set it up after ordering and receiving the sims.

Use another phone to activate the third line before June 30th. You can switch the iP6+ to that third line later after it's unlocked.

Sprint customer service sucks big time..especially the stores...they have no clue about this promotion...people who are planning to get the samsung galaxy offer from the other thread and use this promo.., note that the galaxy s8 seems to have a special SIM, whereas the other android phones have one universal sim...and this special sim is not available in stores, atleast in my area..went and called around 4 stores...so dont waste time and directly call sprint customer service and get the sim shipped...sim is free..shipping costs around $14...

I thought about that, but the chat rep is saying you have to wait 4 months before you can upgrade phones.

You are not upgrading, you are switching device. Upgrade means you are leasing or buying a new device with installments on that line.

The idea is that it should be 100% self-activation (source of the savings), but nothing friggin works. I think 5 people have successfully activated and ordered online.

Me too. I called and rep told me to buy a SIM card in the store and call him to activate. I went to all Sprint stores around and they do not have SIM card (as they say) for my MOTO G.5. But even if they do, phone activation as I read here won't work. Anybody had a luck overcoming this credit check error?

Yes, the rep is confused and clueless. Switching device is not upgrading device. It states clearly on the FAQs that "After 10/1/17, you can upgrade to a new Sprint phone by leasing or purchasing it in monthly installments..."
