Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My verizon contract expired last month and I switched over to Total. This deal popped up 2 days after... grr.. Decided its worth it to lose half a month service with total for free 1 year service. Hate thats its sprint but cant beat the price!

Yes, the rep is confused and clueless. Switching device is not upgrading device. It states clearly on the FAQs that "After 10/1/17, you can upgrade to a new Sprint phone by leasing or purchasing it in monthly installments..."

Ok thanks

The idea is that it should be 100% self-activation (source of the savings), but nothing friggin works. I think 5 people have successfully activated and ordered online.
They need new customers but they make it extremely difficult to sign up. What a joke.

Whats difficult? It was super easy to sign up online. The only thing that would make this easier is if sprint sent out someone to your house and hold your hand. shake head

I am guessing the answer is no, but once I port over from U.S. Cellular is there any way I can add another existing line from Sprint. I want to add a family member.

What speeds are you getting? Chicago Northwest Burbs here. So far I hover around 2mbps to 16 - 35mbps which is ok for my needs.
Haven't had a real chance to check today but i expect up to 50 mbps like it was at times on R+

Thats what I thought. The guy I was replying to said he had Sprint add the imei for the verizon note 5 to their database. I guess he never used that phone.
