Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

When do you need to provide port out information?
During first sign up or when you need to activate the phone after you have received the sim card?
Anyone here that signed up can help me answer this question?
I don't have port out information yet, but thinking I can just sign up first.
Thanks.
You have to provide the porting info with credit check during the first sign up. Keep in mind that ordering SIM alone does not automatically sign you up for the free plan as a few people have confused and ended up with different plan. You have to specifically state that you want the free plan if you call (either to order the Sprint SIM or use your own Sprint SIM).

Wow. Hustled around today getting my new phones activated on T-mobile but didn't make it home until 4:00 CST. Started my order for the SIM piece as soon as I got home. Really wanted to get them tomorrow (Friday) knowing it'd be Monday at the earliest otherwise. However, the cutoff according to Sprint is 2:00 EST (1:00CST). so figured I was out of luck, especially with them being bombarded over normal business and this deal. Just got my tracking numbers though and they're scheduled for Friday. I'm pretty amazed they got them out that quick. Here's hoping they sent me the right ones! haha
Lucky you.

I order my SIM from Sprint last Friday and had to cancel it on Wednesday because it wasn't even shipped yet.

I thought I did at first, but it turned out I had used my home phone as a contact number when placing the order, then when I went to activate I put in my cell phone number so they didn't match. Oops. It accepted it once I put in the same number I had used for the order. Activating online seemed to work, but the phone wasn't connecting even after waiting a while and doing a network reset, etc. I found that I needed to actually login/create my Sprint account after doing the online activation and putting in the SIM card. Until I did that the number port seemed to be stuck in processing even though the other carrier had already released it.
How did you end up creating your online account? I couldn't do it with any combination of account number or phone number + pin generated on the activation page Frown

Anyone wanna try the $70 Verizon Moto E4 to see if it'll work with this???

https://www.verizonwireless.com/p...4-prepaid/

Would be super slick if it worked on Sprint or there was a way to unlock it.
Verizon 4G LTE prepaid devices are locked because they are subsidized. They have to be active for at least one year on Verizon prepaid service or until the payment amounts specified on the boxes are added to the prepaid account before they can be unlocked Big Grin

So no possiblity of ebay unlock codes Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Even if it were unlockable, would they even include all the bands for Sprint or would the bastards purposely cripple it?

Just the normal sprint.com -> sign in -> create profile. It had apparently already gotten to the point in porting where I could enter the ported phone number, but there was also an option to sign in with ESN, which I didn't try since using the ported phone number actually worked.

And even though the activation page says they won't email you your Sprint PIN, it emails you an "activation code" and the second half of that (the 6 digit number part) is your PIN.

I guess it could also be that their system is overloaded or there's a problem on the site though, in which case you'd probably need to either call them or wait longer (and possibly still end up having to call them them anyway).

Wife and son are overseas till July 9th. Is there a way to take advantage of this deal without having their phones in hand.

Conversly, is it possible to buy a cheap phone (Moto 4) and switch Sims to their iPhones later?

My S8 show up as Fury, just wait a few days and everything will be updated.
How long does it take to update, my charges still show $0. One phone is correct, the other 2 iPhones are listed as "Sonim XP Strike IS" I activated the phones on Wednesday.
Thanks

My main number is on Tello, which is Sprint, so I cannot port it in under this offer right off.

When signing up for this offer, can I port in a little-used number I have to qualify as porting from a non-Sprint MVNO, and then later port my regular main number from Tello on top of it?

Or is it safer to first port my main number out to GoPhone before starting?

TIA

Can anyone please help? I signed up for the Sprint 1 Year Free Service over the phone. Got the plan and everything was setup. However, I am just getting 3G always on my Nexus 6 although Sprint Network Coverage map shows 4G LTE Plus available. Tried everything possible that I know off: Network Setting Reset, Update PRL, Update Device Config, even replaced SIM at Sprint Store, still it is 3G wherever I go. I used to get good LTE signal with T-mobile and previously R+ on my Nexus 6 (unlocked, purchased from Amazon). Does anyone know of any fix?
Quote from macrokelvin :
What WuyiL said... Wait for 24 hours or more. You are getting 3G only because your number porting is not 100% completed yet.
I activated on 6/21. It's been around 48 hours now. Still my Nexus 6 is on 3G only. Tried everything. I know one other person on this forum also has same issue as mine. Can anyone please help with any suggestion or fix? Will really appreciate. Thanks
