Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My bill finally shows up after 5 days after porting over from Project Fi
Total $3.39 ($1.99 administrative fee, $0.40 regulatory fee + State & county taxes $ 1)
I'm from South Louisiana
Is this only for the first 5 days then. So your next 30 days bill will probably be more accurate per month??

I actually just did this today. I picked up (3) Moto G5 Plus phones at Best Buy. On the box it includes the IMEI number so I just went on the Sprint website and entered the IMEI number plus our Verizon phone numbers and it worked. Just waiting for the SIM cards to come from Sprint now.

do you return phones after you use the imei? Also do you get the sprint one or the unlocked one?

Also, you can call 1-866-556-7310 to ask them to send you a FREE Asus router (similar to the T-mobile one). In my case, I have a very spotty network in my house and they are going to send it to me to optimize the WI-FI call. According to them, once you used it for 12 months, it is all yours.

Thx, is there a reason you didn't pick up the SIMs while at best buy?
When I went to the Sprint website, it made me buy SIM cards through the website. I guess the trade-off is that I got the SIM cards cheaper through Sprint (they cost 9.99 each at Best Buy) and I didn't have to go through the 877 customer service phone number.

My unlocked Verizon iPhone SE only has 3G network. The download speed is about 3 Mb. I know it doesn't have band 41. Do all Verizon iphones only pick up 3G?

They sent me a "ISIM V1 Activation Kit" which contained a SIMOLW416Q (which is a nano SIM and the Play takes a micro). I provided the device type and IMEI several times throughout the process, so the incompatibility is on them.
Yeah it does sound like they screwed up. That's the special ISIM specific to ONLY open market Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, Motorola Z2 Play and Motorola E4. I have no idea why they would send it to you for a G Play or any other phone, unless the "Play" part confused them. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I received the "CSIM V1 Activation Kit" (containing the 3-in-1 Universal SIMOLW506C) which is available everywhere and should work on pretty much any Sprint compatible Android phone or iPhone 5s though 7 I believe. I thought they were sending those to everybody by default.

I called TeleReps when activating SIM, I gave them my FreedomPop Account Number + PIN.

After FreedomPop confirmed it, It was scheduled to complete on 06/26, but I called yesterday to complete it earlier.
Is telereps number listed here in the wiki? The 866 #? I'm doing this next week and wanna make sure I'm calling the correct number. Thanks

1-866-782-8777 is the number of Sprint Telereps, I think they have dedicated staff in Philippines to sign you up.

Are you saying you got FreedomPop to release your number earlier? I did the same thing yesterday activating on Sprint through telesales and was given a completion date of 6/26. I thought that was excessive since others have completed port in a couple of hours.
Yes, I made Sprint.com account and I could check status of my carrier, Sorry I don't have photos here, but it said something like Old carrier confirmed and will be transfereed on 6/26, if you got your device call this number to port earlier. I called them, they asked for my number I trying to port, etc. and It was quickly done same day.

Maybe you can check here at https://shop2.sprint.com/en/wlnp/check.shtml , I am not 100% sure it will work though. Cause I was checking myself at https://www.sprint.com/en/my-spri...ting.html# (You probably didn't make web account yet). I had to call (866) 437-1818 (Sprint Port Specialist) to complete port earlier/ahead of 6/26

Message it was showing - Your number transfer has been authorized by your old provider to complete on 06/26/2017. Once you have your device, you can call (866) 437-1818 to complete your number transfer earlier

For those wondering, the Amazon Prime edition of Moto G5 Plus is eligible. I was able to use my to pass the IMEI check and activate online. One thing to note, my G5 was never used on Sprint or Sprint MVNO, so that may have helped.

Ok cool...So you successfully got on the Sprint Free plan and ported your FP # over to it.

I'm thinking about going to a Sprint store to buy a SIM and calling in to do the port...hoping it all goes smooth.
No sir, I didn't get Free Plan yet, My first Rep made mistake of making account/account number when ordering SIM. So Second Rep when activating my SIM Card couldn't add Free Plan but she said it is eligible. It is still showing 2GB - 40$/Month plan with Autopay .. 45$ Normally. I just completed port in last night. She said she added temporary Plan so I can use it for now.

I called TeleReps again this morning and they said Sprint knows and supervisor is trying to do it, but I might get first bill of 45$ but they will take care of it or something. I might be screwed :-(

Atleast I have call recording of them and paying with Discover so it should help me putting a charge back. If I had done all online myself without TeleReps, it wouldn't have happened :-(

Ah, I guess I'll go that route as I'd rather do it on online. Do I have to worry about not getting the SIMs before the 30th?

I don't think so. It's supposed to be overnight shipping but only on business days. I ordered mine today so they should be here Monday.
