Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Should be, if they referenced the free year and set up an account.

Thanks, I wonder why customer service didn't recommend this one instead.
I get better signal on Sprint than Cricket(AT&T). I can make a phone call now even when I am at the farthest end of big grocery stores (freezer section). But whatever works.

The Motorola G4 Play is eligible for this offer, available at major retailers (Target, Amazon, etc) and costs about $140.
If you have Amazon prime, you can get the G4 for $99.99 today. Plus 2 day shipping

Anyone know if we can add international calling to India for extra $$. I miss T-Mobile now since use to pay $10 for all lines.
Yes, log into your account and add international calling.

so once we ported everything can we switch phones? I want to swap my iphone with a Kyocera Echo Vibe then port another number using the iphone
You can switch phone anytime.

I had activated one line under this promotion. My credit was approved for 5 lines.

Now, if I want to add a second line (port in a number and BYOD) later on in Aug-2017, will I be able to get same promotion free for a year?

I asked a rep and she said yes. I can add lines under this promo, as I have already got this plan and is valid till 31-Jul2018. But I am not sure if the CSR knows it well.

Is this offer ending on 30-Jun-2017, or can we get additional lines next month as well?
I think you have to add line(s) before the offer expires on June 30th. Add lines now, think later... You can always cancel/sell/TOL the lines you don't need later Big Grin
Quote from erlin168 :
Hello,

Yes, supposedly you can add lines to your free plan til July 31, 2018. However, it is also possible that Telesales put your other line on a different plan. Wink

I do not need second line till Sept 2017, but because I am worry for all the hassle, I decided to add extra line yesterday. Currently, most telesales are very familiar with this free plan because of high demand.
Add now... think/decide later... Cancel/sell/TOL the lines you don't need later Big Grin

It's probably been asked many different times, but can i port a freedompop global sim number out? Thank you!
Yes...
Quote from gogyroswin :
I deactivated my Moto G4 with Ting and now I read if the number to be ported in was ever with a Sprint MNVO it won't work either? Ugh. The weird thing is that even when I put my G4 with a Global SIM number with FP...it still comes up ineligible. I put a message out to LiterallyUnlimited. Hopefully that will finally clear things!
Ting is famous for holding IMEI hostage. Hope LiterallyUnlimited fixes it for you soon. Also hope LiterallyUnlimited does not have the ability to remotely turn on your phone camera while you are making love Big Grin

Yes, you can as long as you have the required info to port out that number.

Porting out from Sprint is fast (30 minutes or less) because Sprint numbers are wireless numbers. The last time I ported to H2O, it took about 10 minutes. To T-Mobile, about 5 minutes Big Grin

There is no way to add additional line(s) online if you already have the free plan account opened.

Was able to get the promo pretty easily. I called the 877 number and the rep knew exactly what I was taking about. Took about 30 mins to make the account. Ported a number from freedompop, which was pretty quick as well; I had to call the porting number and they were able to activate my phone in 5 mins. All in all took about 45 mins.

Getting LTE service pretty much immediately as well.

I used an unlocked S8 from the other deal and the free sprint sim that Samsung provided.
Do you know if we need the fp account number (how did you get) and did you port the lte it global sim number?

Personally if I am in your case I will just setup iPhone 6S ASAP, then maybe try to add it after you have everything setup. Then avoid any problem if the VM phone is actually uneligible
Just signed up the sprint plan and the iphone 6s is up and running on the sprint now. However, it only shows 3G. Is there some kind of carrier setting or something that I need to do to get 4G?

I did the exact same thing and the IMEI off the box was accepted. I got the one without amazon ads, with the 4 gigs ram and 64 gigs memory. I haven't activated it yet so I guess that's the ultimate test.
