Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

how did you proceed to be able to use the Ringplus Sim card?

I am at the secure checkout screen (before the continue to credit review page) and I see the system automatically added the sim card and overnight shipping charge to the cart.

Does the system give an option to exclude the sim card in the following screen before the order is finalized?

I just want to make sure I do everything right, before I run the credit check.

Just signed up using my iPhone 6S (unlocked) and old RingPlus SIM, with port from Ring.to (used full XXX-XXX-XXXX phone number and PIN is last four of phone). There was a bit of a snag with the "authorization" for the port from Ring.to (which is Broadband.com) but went through easily after that.

Sprint pulled Experian, I have a credit freeze but released it prior to the call.

Entire process took about one hour. However, my iPhone is only showing 3G after activation and reprovisioning.

I tried it in the middle of issues (due to porting and phone swap), got interesting results.
I was aware that SE ( ATT model A1662 ) has CDMA radio but not all sprint bands , that's the reason it will not pass the Sprint phone validation.
After activating a line I asked the customer care rep to swap, she did. I thought the system will say the phone is not compatible, but she confirmed its done. Then, I inserted the sim into my Iphone SE ( ATT model). I got signal and the Sprint name in the signal bar. I did a test call and it wen through. Issue started after the cust care rep asked me to update the iphone se with codes like - ##update#. Then I lost signal and did not work later.
I continued to have issues with my other number (iphone 7)and and had to visit the store. They said I had sim from another number and they took it inside the store and fixed my iphone 7 issue.
My SE is still saying invalid SIM. I got new sim from store which I plan to activate again in SE.

This is the first time I am trying CDMA service. In GSM phones to change the phone we just take the sim and put it in the phone we want. Is it the same process for CDMA too?
My new sim( number already activated using iPhone 7+ model A1661) is working now in iPhone SE (att model A1662). Getting LTE and speed same as my other iPhone 7+.

My update, sighed up my parents line online, got the sim started kit on the mail ( under one of my parents name ) while trying to active online kept getting error messages. So ended up calling the number on the sprint package. Turns out my mom somehow got declined from the credit department even tho the online page said she was accepted.. so I ended up putting everything on my name( two lines from T-Mobile with two G plays). The CSR was actually very friendly and even arranged to call me back Monday to switch my own line as well ha ha.. I need to get a sim and he was telling me he has the weekends off! That was yesterday, this morning I checked online and I'm actually on the correct plan. Two lines BYOD unlimited everything etc etc .. good luck all!

"No device upgrade allowed during first 120 days. "

Does that mean that we're unable to switch to other cell phones within 120 days even if we bring our own (another) device from manufacturer compatible with Sprint network? (ie. G4 Play to G4 Plus)

What really... how did you manage to activste sprint prepaid iphone on sprint postpaid..
For me they checked and even created technical ticket and came back telling it can be activated on boost prepaid lines..
That's the reason I went through the CLEANING service to make sure I have a CLEAN STATUS.

I have a virgin mobile iphone 6 that i would like to have cleaned. Not sure how to get this done. Can you provide any details as to how to do this? Does it take long? I stopped in my local Sprint store and picked up a sim card. If i can't get this phone to work I've got a iPhone 6s plus that says its eligible. Thanks!

Setup by calling 866-782-8777. Sprint rep seemed to know all the details about the plan. Took about 1 hour.

Information required:
Name/Address/DOB
SSN#
Phone IMEI
Porting Number + PIN/PASSWORD/Account# (for T-Mobile I gave Number+PIN)
Sim Card number (I bought from Best Buy for $5.00)
VISA details for Auto Pay
Details:

1. iPhone SE A1723 16GB (bought from Virgin Mobile for $159+tax; had the Unpaid Status CLEANED for about $25)
2. Ported T-Mobile prepaid mobile number
3. Activation fee waived.
4. Setup Auto Pay
5. Declined additional equipment insurance.
6. Could not get a clear answer as to what the first bill might be; Got the standard answer of "it is different for every state etc.".

Porting completed within 1 hour. Everything working fine.

I purchased my iPhone from Virgin Mobile and had it CLEANed to remove the UNPAID BILLS status (about 3 months ago, it was $25.00). I just activated it on Sprint 1 Year Free service and had no issues (see my recent post for details). NOTE: I didn't UNLOCK it; only CLEANed it.

Would I still be able to sign up for this as I imagine the Sim card won't get here by end of the month?
Can I just buy a Sprint Sim card?

Gotta call AFAIK. You should have set both up on the initial order, there were multiple lines to do so, up to 4 I think.
From the wiki, it says: "Add a Line: Add a line at any time up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018."

But the rep on the phone told me that adding lines for this promotion needs to be done by 6/30/2017.

Which one is correct?

Also, for people who want to have 2 lines (or more), what are the pro and cons to set up 2 lines in 1 account vs. set up in 2 separate accounts?

Yes, you could buy it from best buy, or sprint (if they let you), or get it for free from apple stores. You will need to sign up via phone (not online).

the SPRINT CLEANing/UNLOCKing services used to be around $20-$35 about 3 months ago; and lately they all jumped to $50 and above (on EBAY). I can provide the details if you PM me, but you would be wasting your time and money (outside EBAY you may or may not get your money back if it doesn't work). Since you have a phone that is eligible, I strongly urge you to use that; remember that 6/30/17 is the deadline for this Sprint Offer. Wishing you the best of luck.
