Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Anyone have problem with MOTO G4 PLAY stuck in configuring device for a long time?
Without knowing the histories of the device and account, it could be a lot of reasons such as number porting is not completed, device is not paired correctly with the Sprint SIM, use the wrong Sprint SIM, corrupted files in device, poor signal, etc.

Walmart, target, convenience stores have them. You don't need to activate them in there. But you'll need to fund the newly created tmobile prepaid account (choose the $3 plan) with $10 minimum. Make at least 2-4 calls before you port out the tmobile number.
Read the question before quoting me, HE WANT TO GET IT WITHOUT PAYING $10 at Walmart, Bestbuy, Target. The only place that will sell you for less is get it online.

Secondly you info provided is also WRONG

1. IF you get a SIM Starter kit, you dont need to fund it, it should come with 30 mins
2. IF you able to get a new sim card, all you need is activate it, you DONT need to fund it! You can call Tmobile , activate the sim, tell them you dont want to give your credit card number on the phone. Then you dont fund it. And you can port it right out.

Stop giving wrong info and cause people waste money if you dont know ANYTHING

Take a look at this before BSing

I just ported two sprint post paid numbers to Verizon about 5 hours ago, one of them a "sprint" iPhone (was unlocked Tmobile iPhone 6s plus). Both numbers and the "sprint" iPhone passed eligibility checker. No need to wait 45 days as an earlier post had suggested.

Now, I haven't submitted these numbers yet but that's what the checker says they are eligible.

Wont be going thru 253 pages on my mobile so if someone knows the answer it would be appreciated if you answer. Has anyone successfully signed up to a qualify carrier, T-Mobile for example, then immediately signed up to Sprint? Been thinking about doing it but currently on Freedompop which is a Sprint MVNO and not sure if anyone from Freedompop or any Sprint MVNO has successfully ported over to Sprint. Or do i have to "switch" to said T-Mobile then to Sprint. TIA
Any Sprint MVNO need to port to someone else before port to Sprint check out my summary

Thanks for the reply. One question. Is the T-Mobile Pin a personal pin one chooses or is it the CCID got confused there. Thanks in advance.

Nothing I said is wrong.
First of all, the tmobile simcard I got at a c-store was attached to a $30 plan if I had paid for it in there. I decided to take it home and activated it online to see it it'd work and it did. Second, I funded it for $10 on a $3 plan because I was certain I want to port that number to sprint on the 1 yr free service, and it's better to be safe than sorry if they encountered any problem during porting because the account was freshly created and there was no funds in it. Third, I only spent $25 to start this sprint 1 free year of service and had no issues during the set up. Fourth, It's your problem if you are a cheapskate and want to spend hours elaborating on how to save pennies even though you are gonna save over $350/yr with sprint, Ditto.

Sometimes the online swap errors out if you already swapped. You have to chat or call Sprint if you want to swap again or wait for the next billing cycle where the error will fix itself and you can swap again online.

Ok finally the right plan is on my account. Originally I did the web offer but had to call in for my credit check. I called the number on the wiki. My Sim card was delivered Tuesday I called the number on the paper to activate everything went smooth was told I was approved and had received the offer. I thought I was done when I went to check my account online It said I had the 2 gb plan for 45 dollars. I called the number on the wiki was told the rep had put me on a temporary account but everything was fineI had the plan. This was Tuesday what I did was call everyday to ask what the update was and when it was going to be fixed. Finally today received the email checked my account and have the unlimited plan. My advice is call escalate to the manager until it's changed it took 7 days for mine. In case anyone is stuck with a different plan FYI only call the number on the wiki. Sprint regular customer service representative have no idea what is going on and will screw you up.

I've been sprint customer almost two months. I've never got the online swapped to work. Always had to call/chat with CSR. The latest CSR said since I was on promo plan I couldn't do it or it was website glitch and they are working on it.

There is some misinformation regarding referral promo earlier a few pages back. While it is true there is only one referral per account, you can add extra lines within 7 days and get referral promo for all lines. Only one number needs to be register for entire account. I've already done it beginning of May and already received $500 visa gift cards (10x$50).
I don't doubt they gave you the referral bonuses for adding extra lines after signing up, they seem to be very inconsistent in how they apply things. I was told differently by the sales agent, and this is a quote directly from terms and conditions

"Referral new account and new wireless phone line activation must be new to Sprint. Lines added to an existing account are not eligible."

To be honest reading through the terms I'm not sure how anyone who is signing up for the BYOD special applies. Mentions in there the requirement of leasing a new phone as part of qualifying.

How? Link please or the process you did. Will be going to Wal-Mart or Target probably later on or tomorrow morning just to buy a prepaid SIM. If I can avoid prefunding the account even better. I tried checking out the T-Mobile website to "sign-up" for an account but need a T-Mobile #. How can I know the prepaid sim # without activating or prefunding. TIA

Edit: Seems I cant quote reply, but questioned is in reference to ak11228 when posting that ported over to Sprint using a non funded prepaid Tmobile account.
-Buy a new tmoible sim (i brought them at amazon.com).
-call tmbile prepaid customer service number (# is in the package)
-tell them you dont have prepaid activation number but you have a brand new sim card and would like to sign up for tmobile prepaid.
-tell them you want the $3 a month plan and will fund it later (you don't need to fund it).
-the rep will then give you a phone number and ask you to set up a PIN.

-give sprint your tmobile # 1xxx-xxx-xxxx and the PIN.
-the end.
