Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

So in summary sim1 is not working properly? Get new sim.
Well, sim1 worked fine at Ringplus when first activated with phone 1. Yes, it has not been getting LTE after I cancelled the ringplus line, and inserted it to Phone 2. 3G and other stuff works.

Wow sprint really screwed me when I was trying to add another line to this deal. The csr lied to me. She ported out our second phone to a "temporary" sim. Now our phone is dead and we are waiting on sprint to deliver the SIM card. These sprint people are filled with unscrupulous employees. They are obviously circling the toilet.
Called in order support today at 866-789-8292 and they are doing 1-2 day shipping on the sim. So dead phone for 2 days while we wait for the sim to arrive. Don't let them port your line until you have the sim in your hands!!!!!

My unLocked Att 6 plus was used with freedom pop, I cancelled my acct last week in order to free up the imei to join this plan. Whenever I check at sprint site, it said ineligible. I also checked at Ting, saying : good news, your phone is compatible with Ting, it also give me choice of either GSM or CDMA, what should I do ?

Did you use the old phone number for Sprint's checker. Is the old phone number attached to any plan with another carrier?

Not trying to replace Verizon plan. Just trying to add an emergency line for free-ish for kids, home, boat, vacations and such

Pick up any NON Sprint MVNO prepaid sim and get a new number and port the number over, as simple as that

Pulled the trigger on this last night. I used my brand new S8+ to get the deal. Later, I'll switch it to a Note 3 I already have. I used a Google Voice number, which cost me $3 to port out. I used the online sign up, late at night (actually early am). It sailed through very fast and easy. For safety's sake, I took screen shots of all the important screens.

I haven't received a confirmation email yet.

I'm not a fan of Sprint's coverage (outside sales in N. California), but at my home, it's strong. If I got a phone that has hot spot capability, would this be a good way to run my laptop? Comcast has me on a plan at $70., but I don't use/need much internet and mostly emails, a bit of FB, and a few youtubes. Would the data offered with this Sprint plan be enough? I'm guessing that running the hotspot off the phone would make it too hot? Anyone use their mobile data devices? Suggestions welcome. Thanks
