Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If I want to port and transfer to sprint by end of June,

Do I need to order sprint sim card online in advance(after online credit check) ?
Unless you sure you can get a sim before the end of the deal from B&M or somewhere wlse, you should order it asap.

I dont see you have contribute much either, you just keep telling people the company you are company is lying, but I have no idea what you have done during your phone conversation on Sprint, maybe it your mistake and maybe it their mistake, none of us will ever know.
If you think Sprint has such a bad reputation, why sign up for the plan then? I wont sign up for any company which have a shady or bad reputation which we dont trust. I will just cancel the account Would you do that, I guess notLMAO

It could be someone at Sprint made a mistake, but then they fix it right, so what more do you want by keep saying they are lying. Have you ever never make mistake during work, what happen if everyone assume you are purposely make mistake and what will you feel?

Your attitude is the problem not Sprint and I am happy with my dealing with them.

Contribute to the thread mean answering others question, ranting your problem is NOT contributing
I am with you.
For starters it's a new deal. Bound to be some confusion at the call centers. I had a relatively easy time setting up 2 lines on one account and a separate account for someone else. CSR reps have been as helpful as I could hope for. It does help to read the wiki as well. Great work by a few slickdealers to make it pain free

Part number is MGAH2LL/A. This is supposed to be factory unlocked IPhone 6 Plus 64 Gb space gray model A1524 bought direct from Apple Store and paid in full.

Ting Boyd checker says "Sorry, this phone can't be activated right now. Sprint says there's an unpaid balance associated with it.
The Sprint account holder (whether present or former) is the only one that can clear this balance with Sprint and you will need to get in contact with them. You can check compatibility again 48 hours after this flag is removed.

If you bought the phone from a 3rd party you may want to ask for a refund."

Swappa ESN checker says
"Blacklisted Not Indicated This device does not appear to be globally blacklisted.
Activation Status. Clear Device appears to be activation ready.
Ting Bring your Sprint or GSM device to Ting! No contracts. Just pay for what you use."
I don't know why it says unpaid balance from Ting BYOD checker. I think that is not the same as failed FED due to subsidized device as you mentioned earlier because you said the device is paid in full; it could be other reasons such as outstanding balance (unpaid bills) from a wireless provider, etc. You can either order a GSX report (someone says it's $0.99 on eBay) to make sure it has a clean bill of health and no unpaid bills (outstanding balance) from a wireless provider or contact LiterallyUnlimited to look at your IMEI. He works for Ting and can look into your IMEI for more info. Keep us posted what happened.

Has anyone who ported into this promo from FreedomPop had it go through quickly?
Quick and Freedompop do not belong in the same sentence! I think they do most of their releasing on an overnight batch file. I have ported out from them a few times and it seems to be finished overnight, never has it been on the same day. I did one this morning and it's not ported over yet.

Nexus 5 unlocked Google store phone.
Previously worked in r+.
Ting check you says clean and GSM, cdma compatible. But Sprint says ineligible.

#2
Same, r+, unlocked, iPhone 6s. Ting says clean phone and ready for activation but Sprint says stolen or ineligible phone.

Any idea how to overcome this?
Calling Sprint would solve?
I have couple of Sprint sim cards. Can I use them or is buying sim card is must? Not sure if it will reach me on time.

I asked this a while back but didn't get an answer, please help if you can...

Wife and son are overseas and have their phones with them. They are both on some 3rd party (possibly cricket) plan. They return on July 9th

Can I move their phones to TMO, then onto Sprint to take part of this plan without having the phones physically with me?
You want to add them to your existing plan? Yes. Port from Cricket directly. Be sure you have thee phones meid(s), account numbers on cricket, and pin numbers. The thing you won't be able to do is verify the porting process went through until you do nstall the Sim cards

I tried finding the answer to this but couldn't - can we swap phones for this free new line? When my mother-in-law visits from overseas I'd like to be able to swap the SIM I activate today to her phone. If it's another iPhone can I just drop the SIM in the new phone (doubt it)?

I asked and someone said device swap is free, after couple of weeks time.

Sprint store said no sim for sale but the girl at Best Buy gave me three for free!

Spent a little over an hour on phone with Sprint, went pretty smooth but seemed much slower than needed to be. I may have failed the website credit check because I was a Sprint customer maybe 4 years ago, had to remember the answer to my secret question I had set up probably 11 years ago.
The suspense is killing me. So what's the answer?

Yeah we are dumbfounded..my friend went to Genius Bar and they verified the phone is unlocked. Hes only used two prepaid providers so there shouldn't be any unpaid bills. He's at sprint corporate store now waiting in very long line for help.

So I ported three lines over from Verizon here in Houston and the data spped for Sprint is AWFUL. I mean I thought it was a joke. Called Sprint tech support and they initiated the carrier settings update, and still terrible data speed. I'm talking being downtown Houston and Speedtest won't even initiate the test. I know it's free but I can't deal...not sure where I'm moving these lines to next.

I am sorry about that. This number was ported just yesterday and we won't be able to provide any port out or account information before the first 5 days after the activation and proper ownership confirmation procedure.

Hi, did you really have to wait 5 days to get that info? Or did you decide to go with some other MVNO to port into sprint?

N Houston over here! I remember the data not being up to snuff about 3 years ago but I didn't know much as I was a wee lad back then. I hope that this is temporary for you, though. It would seem that the data would be great downtown. The willowbrook sprint had a coverage map and things looked peachy. I want to try it but my hopes of finding a sim locally are not good ( i just don't feel like paying to have one shipped lol ). I did have tello on an old volt and pyew! Not sure if it was the phone or sprint, but yeah, I was hardly getting anywhere with that phone.
