Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

That was my fear that if I ordered online it may not show up on time. I would cancel the order and just go to a Sprint store to get the sim even though you may pay more in store than online, I would not gamble just to save a few bucks more.

If you have a phone can work in sprint, you will basically take advantage of this deal.
What I did is using the google voice number, pay $3 to google to unlock it.
If you phone is eligible online, you can sign it up online. If not, call them to create a ticket and wait 24 hrs. It should became eligible after that.
My second line is port from Tello to google, spend $20. Phone is ineligible, but work out after the tickets. They are able to add phone to my account for this offer.
Total should take less than 2 hr of calling. I'm really impressed with the phone rep, no need to wait for long time and they are able to help. I know they are from other countries, but their accent is easier for me to understand. My previous experience with att is 30-60 min wait time on average.
What do you mean by saying make it eligible by tickets....which phone was that and was it activate on a sprint mvno like tello ringplus etc earlier..?

Check the wiki of this post.
My phone was used in both rp and was on tello before porting to gv.
Online system shows ineligible. Called them, they created a support ticket of some sort. After 24 hrs, phone becomes eligible.
Just mention it's their system error.

If you have wifi at home, just enable wifi calling. That's what I did myself.
Wifi calling unfortunately is not available out of the box on the S8+ unlocked version with AT&T or Sprint. Eventually I might have to flash the Sprint version if I want that feature.

I have 1 line on the free plan and want to add a second. Do I start the process again online or should I call?
Also has anyone already been able to switch phones after porting (not "upgrade" but switch to another unlocked Sprint phone)>

I have since learned that lesson, when I was able to buy a Nexus 6 for $200 on Amazon a couple of years back.
