Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Can someone please confirm how is Sprint coverage here in DFW metroplex. I want to move my 3 primary lines from ATT to Sprint. I tried republic wireless(sprint mvno) for 2 months and it was POS and went back to ATT.

Hello, When porting from Google voice, what did u use for Account number?
I used my one of my google voice number even though I was porting 2 different google voice number from two different google accounts. Not sure if it worked yet. When I log into google voice it says that the request was approved by google for both lines but the carrier hasn't completed necessary action. It's been about an hour and phone still doesn't work. Going to give it another hour before calling in.

Regret signing-up. Speeds in Bay area went from 30-55mbps on Verizon (unlimited) to 2-7 mbps on Sprint. Just garbage, can't even do hangouts etc.
You mean hangout calls? I was able to use hangouts with 64kbps throttled connection on Tello. Any VOIP app should work with that type of connection, unless some other apps are hogging the bandwidth.

I got a line approved and running on Verizon Iphone 6S Plus, ported number from Ultra mobile. Can someone tell me if I can add second line under same account? If so what is the process?

Asking coz I tried and it gave me an error message that this offer is for new users. Thanks in advance!
Call the 866 number and ask. When you get approved by sprint usually 5 lines min, you can add a line and get the free service but pay fees and taxes. No tables though

I chatted with customer care and got this response - "Jessica: Yes, you would be able to do that. However, you won't be able to do it online. You need to contact our dedicated team over phone at 866-782-8777."

Thanks for your prompt response!

Its not the IMEI--it could be the phone number you put in.

For example same IMEI, I put my Verizon in for my S8+ and it said does not qualify. I put my google voice number in and it worked.
What happened to my fiancé is her number is an area code in Montana which sprint doesn't have coverage/service. They told her she couldn't use that number to port over with her new account. Her phone is a 6s

IDK if they can manually add it but on the main page of this thread there is a number for ineligible phones that are eligible.

This is odd. I asked the guys who I'm going to buy the Nexus 6p from to give me the IMEI number. I entered this IMEI, and my phone number that I'm going to port over. The website returned with: "Ineligible, this phone does not qualify for this offer"

Nexus 6p is never locked. I'm so confused. I'm going to stop by Sprint store and buy a sim card tonight. So what should I do? I'm supposed to meet him tomorrow
edited to say : I bought my Nexus directly from google for project fi but had to replace it in Jan 2017 while my service was paused. Hence, my new nexus never used the project fi network. I had completely forgot about that.

My device showed as eligible at first, and I activated the phone for the a new sprint account, That account is now canceled, and when I try again, I am now getting ineligible as well.

There are reset instructions in this thread but if that doesn't work, also try another number to port. Reaching out to the previous mnvno (even project fi) might get the device released/deactivated as well.

Try using ##update# let that update settings

Reboot

Then take out the SIM card wait 30secs, reinsert, you should get carrier update

Last resort, google how to resend activation code via keypad.

Reboot

My experience, it took 2 days before I hit 30mbps and 50mbps with strong signal -80 decibel

Call 888-876-8381 to complete the port. Someone posted that number on the wiki.

I waited 24 hours, then called the porting dept. ( i think the number is in the wiki) and they pushed it through. Otherwise, it would have been a three day wait.

Yes if you got approved for more than 1 line, you can add a second line under the same account. Call 866-782-877 (from wiki) and the rep will add another line for you.
