Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

No, this is NOT strictly online. You can either purchase/get a new SIM from a Sprint store, Best Buy, any Apple Store or even use an old RingPlus one.

You will need to call the number in the Wiki to do the activation if you have your own SIM, though.
Wrong - I have an old ringplus sim card and when I tried to use it I was told that SIM card was incompatible

Just signed up, got the message after credit check:

When you get your SIM card(s), go to www.sprint.com/activatenow to activate them, switch your number to Sprint and start enjoying your FREE 1-year of unlimited service.

If I have sprint sim card on hand before delivery, could I activate it now?
If you have the correct sim for your phone yes. You might get error if it's used one though.

thank you. another question ,please, got the message:

Your account has been created. Your account PIN is shown on this page. You'll need it any time you contact Sprint about your account, and to create a sign in for sprint.com so you can manage your account online.

but, where can I find the PIN?

That confuses everyone but it's not on that page. When you activate online sprint will send order confirmations email with activation code. The last 6 digits of confirmation code is the pin.

thank you very much. Another question please.

I signed up with two lines, before I get the shipped sim card, I am trying to activate two

on-hand sim cards.

next step, asking me the port-in number and pin of the 1st phone number, not the 2nd

phone number.

I tried again, but, received another email which created another order number.

Sprint system seems not good.

Can I swap a phone with another sprint phone after porting? Thanks!

Yes, not good. It allows port of multiple lines but not multiple carriers Once you activate one line, it will lock you out of activating more lines online. You would need to call 866 number to port in the other line.

For me, my first activation had error when I used the same used sim as in my current paid account that I had ported out to Verizon. Then I was able to activate a GV line. But then system would not allow to login to activate more lines. This was done last night and the porting dept number was closed. I did the activation through chat took over one hour for that line due to all the delay and pauses during the chat session. I called telesales this morning for activation of a third line took about 13 min. I will need to call in to activate two more lines.

Also for sero 500 premium+ at $50 another drawback is it looks like it doesn't qualify to be a referrer. I tried signing up for referral program but number is not accepted. Fine print excludes ERC accounts. Sucks.

I encountered a few issues during the porting process. I went through the necessary steps via the sprint.com/activatenow page. I submitted the info and received an email advising the activation process was starting and should only take up to 10 mins. After 10 mins I put sim in and received no service. Tried several things for up to 30 mins and still no service. I called sprint 800 # and was transferred to two departments both advising there was nothing they could do since an account was not created for me since port must not have been successful. They told me to go to a store. I called store and they advised they could activate phone but I would miss out on promo. I went back to my activation email and noticed that it said order number - null. I went back to the activate now page and resubmitted the info again. This time it worked and new activation email actually showed an order number value. Port was successful and I am up and running. Glad I figured it out because sprint was no help at all.

I checked several sprint stores and the only one that would sell me a sim kit wanted 10 bucks. Best buy was also out of the sim I needed.

Is there any way to deactivate a sprint sim card and then re-use it for this deal??
I would like to pull the sim card from my Moto E now on tello and re-use it in my new G4 Play.

The Moto E and the G4 Play don't use the same SKU. And $10 is the price of the SIM kit in store. Online it's a few dollars more. If you really want to get in on this deal, I would just do the $10 for the SIM from Sprint.

Which SERO and how much you pay? Depends on how many lines you need; for single line, it's still worth it if you play your card right. There is a $15 monthly service credit per line for the new SERO Unlimited if you buy a device on installments.
SERO Premium 500 ($40+$10premium data), Note 5 (purchased for on-contract discount), contract (started 12/15 ends in 12/17)

Thanks, I checked several sources online and they can both accept the SIMGLW236C sprint sim. Is there any way to completely deactivate and re-use it?

Online the sim only "costs" $2.99, but they add on 10 bucks shipping plus tax. If I can't get the old one to work, I'll prolly just follow your advice and get the store one.

Anyone have problems lately getting this deal and activating over the phone?
