Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Nice job! Does that mean you ported out with the S4 itself? Was the phonr active? Didn't use any of the phones on the list? I have am S4 currently active on Ting I'd love to port over as I don't have any phones on the list
I know that coming up with cash is sometimes a problem, but.... Best Buy has the Motorola G4 Play Unlocked version IN STOCK for 149.99+tax and you'll save more than that over the year of service. Use it for 120 days (right around November 1st) and then swap to a phone of your choice.

If you have Ting CDMA you'd have to port over to ATT/Verizon/Tmobile/one of their MVNOs/ then port back into Sprint -- and need a GSM capable phone (flip/bar/smart/iphone).

im going to try and get a sim tomorrow, do I just ask for a byod sim card? I tried looking on amazon but alot of the comments mention sim not compatible with the g4 play.

What am i looking for?

My research tells me that you _might_ be able to get a FREE compatible SIM from an Apple Store -- the G4 can use the SIMGL506C which can also be used the IPhone 7 -- Sooo... if you go there and ask for a Sprint IPhone 7 SIM and they give you a 506C then you are all set and no $$ spent.

Went to Best buy to buy a Sim they told me they don't sell Sprint Sims so I guess I'm buying online. Will it still work if I order it today and activate it Monday?
What phone/model are you trying to get a SIM for?

Correct, if you are on Ting's CDMA service it cannot go directly to this offer because the number is already on the Sprint network. If you are on Ting's GSM (T-Mobile) then you can port directly over (if you have another device on the list since the phone you have now is already attached to a carrier or you can use a dummy IMEI to hold your line for a short while until it gets ported out of Ting).

You can do from your sprint account, just look for option to swap device, it does NOT counts as "upgrading the device".use the same SIM though.
thanks. can i use any sprint phone then? Id like to get the S6 plus edge. will that work? So i can just use the same sim?

Completely forgot to tell you guys that I have today and tomorrow off. Unless Sprint extends the deal, I won't be around to flip the flag for you. Sprint absolutely can flip it for you if the phone isn't active and is otherwise eligible.

Call Sprint tech support. Tell the person you need your phone changed from PLBL to SPCS. If it seems like they don't know what that is, thank them for their time, hang up and try again.

If they extend it, I'll get to as many requests as I can and I'll continue to be around.

Sending an email to Ting isn't gonna be super helpful for the flag switch, because we have a lot of emails to get through right now.

Godspeed, you dealmakers. See you on the other side.
Appreciate you letting us know now. God bless!

hi, I'm on ting cdma. I've a sprint sima nd a brand new unlocked pixel. The tech support told me that the number is showing up as "Sprint reseller number" and the number can't be ported. I thought it was the PLBL/SPSC thing. Now I'm confused, don't what I need to do to get this porting done.

If you have a GSM phone (other than your Pixel) then you can port the Ting number to that phone on ATT Go Phone pay as you go service (cost $10) or to T-Mobile pay as you go service (cost $3) and then port from either of those to this offer (back onto Sprint) on your Pixel.

ok, thanks for your super quick response. Just for me to understand the issue better - is the issue I'm having due to cdma to gsm transition? If I'd the ting gsm connection then I wouldn't have had this problem?

Thanks, I had already told the rep that it was a Google (Fi) number, and they didn't have issue with it. I figured they can't tell if it's actually Google Fi or Voice.
