Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

wow..that makes it more easier I'd think. Can I just buy the tmobile pay as you sim and put it in my firephone and use that to port? Let's forget the whole ting thing!
Yes you activate A PHONE, any phone that is currently free that will work on Sprint.

And, as a requirement of this offer, you must also port in SOME NUMBER, not a phone.

The two were completely separate in my case.

An agent told it's until midnight tomorrow
I know, the problem is I may not receive the sim card in the mail via UPS overnight by tomorrow.

Anyone get the sim card from a local store? Was it a hassle to do to participate in this promo?

I ordered just an hour ago and was told that it may not arrive tomorrow as I ordered after the 3pm cutoff time. Which makes me ineligible as this promo ends tomorrow. Thanks.
Yes, many people buy the Sprint SIMs from Best Buy and any other stores that sell them. Some Sprint corporate stores are giving away the Sprint SIMs like candies, so call your local Sprint corporate stores to find out. You can also get free Sprint SIM (Apple device only) from the Apple stores. Good luck.

Could be a lot of reasons. Reply back with the detailed history of your account and phone if it has been more than 24 hours and you still cannot get LTE.

#Fine print: All suggestions/solutions/comments provided here are not guaranteed to work because I don't know the detailed history of the accounts and phones. Everyone loves fine print Big Grin

It's a Verizon iPhone 6s. Bought brand new from Verizon, and used with Verizon, then R+, then Ting, and now Sprint. Activated on Sprint for 1 year free plan >5 days ago. Have done ##UPDATE# many times, but still only get 3G, no LTE at all. Thank you for your help.

Yes, see the link above.

They can give the info over the phone - but obviously you will have to provide some info, like maybe the activation pin or something. I recently just had to deal with this in the process of setting my parents up for a free landline via Google Voice/Obihai. (Ported AT&T landline --> T-Mobile prepaid --> Google Voice).
Is the tmobile pin needed to transfer 4 digits? I've called the number in the link and the lady had no idea what I was talking about and said my pin is the same as my "security pin" I used to verify my account. Not sure Im buying it....

okay, thanks for the explanation. I've a firephone that I use on cricket, I'd think I should be able to port to tmobile pay as you go sim using that. Should I go to the store for the pay as you go sim or is there any link for $3? I couldn't find anything online for $3!

I _think_ that ALL PINs for porting are 4 digits.

Anyone that switched already get their credit union money?

I doubt it. It should take 6 to 8 weeks.

I just realized that with five new lines that's 100 per new line, and then 50 for registering it with the ilove my credit union. way better than the 20k aa promo. However, if I just port one line over, then the AA deal is better for one free round trip in the us (48 states). Ooh decisions.

Did you activate your phone on Sprint yet? Mine wouldn't let me make an account until the phone was activated.
