Like I mentioned earlier, switching from a Sprint MVNO the IMEIs of the 3 phones will need to be switched back to the correct SPCS database and ot might not be an automatic thing that happens when you cancel or port the line. It was not in my case (Fi, previously on RingPlus)
I bought T-Mobile sims and activated all 3. I was able to get LiterallyUnlimited to white list my numbers so they were eligible when they were not at first, they sent me the SIMs overnight. I then called in to activate and gave them the number of the first line and the sprint SIM, she then asked me for the T-Mobile account number and I said "it's the same as my phone number" and she then hesitated and asked to call T-Mobile to verify that it's an eligible account. I panicked and hung up since prepaid lines are not eligible; she called back my line literally at least 30 times in a row. I then went to sprint.com/activatenow and tried to do it myself, it hangs after I hit the submit button and doesn't go through. What do I do now? Also, did I have to load any money onto the $3 plan for this to work? I didn't load any money onto the T-Mobile SIMs, I just activated the numbers via the 800 number. Was that ok to do? What's my next step here?
I'm thinking of adding a 2nd line and it seems only way to do this is to call the telesales and you have a certain chance to be screwed by the telesales rep.

Yup, that's exactly what I did. Everything was great by signing up online for the first one. It showed the plan as "Unlimited - Bring Your Phone" and the charges as $5 per month with a $5 credit for autopay. In fact, that first line still shows up that way under my account. But the 2nd one that they added when I called shows up as a $65 single line plan. Basically, the rep screwed up and signed up for the wrong plan. And now they claim they can't fix it, and I am supposed to wait for them to call me back.
If I added a few phones to a $3 T-Mobile pay as you go, do I actually have to add funds to the account or just activate them and leave them with 0 balance is ok? And do I say they're all on the same T-Mobile account or do I tell them separate lines when I go to activate them on Sprint?
Anyone been getting this all day?

You need to tell Sprint you have multiple T-mobile lines.
Your T-mobile account number is 11 digits (1+phone number).
I ordered today (not knowing whether it would be extended for sure). I may just not activate the Sprint sim if I change my mind (I'm actually pretty satisfied with Cricket). If I do activate, I'll time it when I won't absolutely have to have my phone for a few hours.
