Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

LG Tribute - LGLS676. I guess I could just buy a new phone and use with a GV number. Thanks for your response.
LG Tribute (LS676) works. Just ask Sprint to change the PLBL flag to SPCS. It's already in the database.

Oh okay, so adding the IMEI to their database is effectively what unlocks it? That's what I didn't understand. Maybe I'll just get the $99 E4 from Amazon. Thanks.
Adding IMEI does not unlock the phone. Basically, Sprint has a database of allowed devices on their network. If the phone is not on the database, then it needs to be added.

So I could seriously use my boost tribute hd now on tello to sign up for this deal? Can anyone else confirm this???

Is changing the flag to SPCS something that LiterallyUnlimited guy could help out with?

So I bought a Sim from the Sprint store. What do I need when I call the number?
Am I gonna have any problems with the fact I have basically no credit history as I just moved here from the UK?
They may ask you to put down deposit for no credit history. See:

was anyone able to activate iphone 5s( not a verizon phone )
Many people have, depending on the model number and part number.
Quote from thanhdang :
...You can swap to another phone after 120 days.
You can swap phone anytime. You just cannot upgrade (i.e., lease a new phone or buy a new phone with installments on the line) before 120 days.

I guess it won't pass the eligible page and anyway it does not have cdma radio.
See my comment above regarding the iP5s.

A few people have used Boost devices on this deal. I remember LiterallyUnlimited said he can't change the MVNO flag on Boost devices, so you probably has to ask Sprint.

ADDED: I remember you asked about the Moto E4. The one from amazon works on this deal.

I was just sifting through his posts and this is what he has been doing for people. It appears he is now on vacation, though.

I will cross my fingers that I get a knowledgeable person on the phone to make that change. Thanks for your responses, truly.

Anybody try purchasing a phone to add a line from MySprint for the BYOD Account:

If you login to Sprint, you can purchase a new phone to add a line to your plan:

My Sprint>Upgrade Eligibility>Add A line tab>Continue>Add a device> You will see: You're shopping to add a device to share minutes.

The best deal is the Pre-own Iphone 6S. The S8 and Iphone 7 have 18-month lease at great discount but you don't own the phone. I have not try it because the current BB Iphone SE is cheaper at $4.99/month for adding a line. My order at BB is still pending.

Sprint BYOD fine prints:

Offer ends 7/31/17. .....................See sprint.com/globalroaming. Max. 5 lines. Plan not avail. for tablets/MBB devices. After 7/31/18, plan will become Unlimited Freedom. Add a Line: Add a line at any time up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018. Add a Line: Add a line at any time with port-in from postpaid carrier and Bring Your Own Eligible Phone up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018. AutoPay: $5/mo. discount req. continued AutoPay enrollment. ................................ Other Terms: Offer/coverage not avail. everywhere or for all phones/networks. May not be combinable with other offers. Restrictions apply. .....

AFAIK, you cannot add the free line from your Sprint account.

What's the best way to get it changed? Over the phone with customer service or at a store.

I needed a phone quick and bought a G4 Play at best buy thinking today was the last day to sign up. Then I was thinking of not picking that up and going with the E4 instead. But NOW if my existing tribute hd works already I'll just go with that and save some bones Thumbup

There is no best way to do it, I think, because you also need some luck to get someone who knows how to do it. I would call Sprint tech at 866-556-7310 and also call the stores.

Deactivate and remove it from CellNUVO, and then ask Sprint to change its PLBL flag to SPCS.

Please post how you manage to get the flip switched and I'll do the same. I may try Tello in addition to macrokelvin's suggestions. It looks like Ting will make the switch for people (possibly automatic when the device is deactivated?) but I didn't find any information about Tello doing the same.

Not automatic. See below:
https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=101568816&postcount=3931

I am guessing it's not automatic for Tello as well because a lot of people who switched from Tello still have to get the PLBL flag manually change to SPCS.
