And when it is on, it it 3g and no LTE.
Phone is Google motorola nexus 6.
How do we get LTE?
Can someone please help?
Maybe try the Changeapn APP FROM THE play store. Open the app and on the top right , there are 3 dots. Click on that and click reset to default.
Restart . This will reset APN settings on the phone and get you back ion sync. Be sure to be on Wifi.
I had the same issue on my nexus 6. I always have this problem when I change carriers.
If the phone's already been switched back to SPCS, and there's no FED flag, something else at Sprint is keeping the device from activating. Alas, only Sprint can shed light on it for you.
If the Tribute HD was a Boost phone, then ting's BYOD checker will state it has no FED agreement (true), that it's cleared for activation (true) and is not active (true). What ting's BYOD checker will not tell you is if Sprint has cleared this MEID to be active because it has met Boost's unlock policies.

The Tribute HD can be put on this plan , but it has to be done manually and by somebody who is not fully conversant with the rules of the promo. The website will not let you do it as the promo has a set of phones and the website is apparently enforcing it.
This info is from a person who works in sprint backend operations.
Try calling and see if it can be done. Dont tell them what the phone is , just give them the IMEI.
Alternatively, use a phone from the promo list and swap the phone afterwards.
LG Tribute HD is prepaid device and is subsidized for its cheap price. It must clear FED first, else switching PLBL flag to SPCS will not work. If it was used on Boost as "re-sku" device, it's pretty much married to Boost for life until you ask Boost for a divorce.

At Ting it says to me - Great news!
Your phone is compatible with Ting.
Bring your LG Tribute HD to Ting and it will support the following services on our CDMA network. .... "
Looks like your phone is currently active. We can move your number ("port") to Ting and activate your phone in our simple activation process. Ready to go?"
I have it active in FreedomPop BYOD right now, you think it might work for this Sprint BYOD switch after you turn off my switch?
Thanks

What is the model number? Is it a Boost LG Tribute HD? Use the Ting BYOD checker.

If I deactive / remove my phone from CellNUVO, I will probably lose my phone number which is required when enroll in Sprint one year free plan?
Thanks!
