Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I had a problem with a phone showing as active on someone's sprint account on Wednesday, called Sprint and they didnt seem to be able to help but the last person said she would look into it further. I didnt believe her, especially when she didnt call me back like she said she would. But by late Thursday night the problem had been resolved, not sure who fixed it or if it should happened on its own.
My friend tried to open an account, and it shows her SSN is tied to another sprint acct already, and Sprint refused to contact or investigate the other person. Sprint is a mess

How do charges work for this plan?

Am I being taxed on $60 or $5. The wiki seems highly conflicted on this matter.

The thought that tax might be charged on the $60 amount was speculation, before anyone had seen a bill. No one has reported being taxed on $60. Everyone has reported being taxed on $5. I believe it's conclusive.

Thanks, however why does the wiki say that people are paying much more than $5?

If it goes inactive it will work. Just swap another sprint phone on your line to "free" it up to use on the "free" plan.
that's my idea with my G4 and Nexus 6 on Tello right now. I have plenty of spare HD Tributes but I with they would update the darn thing. Terrible wifi on tribute HD, I want my best phones for this deal.

I'm thinking it might pay to wait for this second round to debug the system, plus I'm busy with summer.

For most, a single credit pull is a non-starter.

The effect will vary depending on the individual's credit portfolio.

In no case should a single hard pull cause greater than a 20 point drop. If it has, some other credit factor is also in play.

3 - 10 points is a realistic expectation.

Since I travel hack, I have a high number of credit pulls. I do try to keep them balanced over time so I don't drop too much. At times you can miss out on a great deal or rate by falling just under a threshold.

IMO, this Sprint deal is worth that risk...
Exact same boat - If I don't get $500 in value, I aint' pulling. Sprint pulled EXP for me which is painful, but the deal was worth it. Also I signed up online and couldn't complete the process and had to call in for another pull. Looks like since it was the same day, the pulls combined which is sweet.

I bounce around several countries, so it may not be $500 value, but it will be $500 convenience of not having to buy a dang sim card in each country for google maps or text messaging. Oh and to add to that 2 way authentication is killing me overseas, so this will definitely help in getting free text messages.

Don't see this on the Wiki, but if I bring my samsung s8 unlocked so I need a special SIM card? I thought I saw that somewhere. Has anyone done it with the regular 3 and 1 simkit from the website?

S8 needs special sim, I don't recall what the part number is but the simkit will not work.
