Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

It may not work. The number has to be a non-Sprint number to port.

I don't remember my last score, so I can't be sure, but it was in 800s. This dip dropped it to 79X. My guess is 20-30 points.
That sounds about right. My wife was in the 800s and dropped 15 pts from Experian. It will go back up next month or two if you keep your available credit utilization about the same each month. My score always drops during the holiday season when wife takes my card and shops like money growing on tree; the score goes back up after all bills are paid in full.

I read people's post saying they were told that it was a soft credit pull by phone reps. I can confirm that this is not true. It is hard pull. My credit score just dipped because of Sprint's credit pull.
Well more than 100 other posts plus the wiki already told you it is a hard pull a and you choose to believe post saying it is soft pull. shake head

Thanks. I guess I could purchase the E4's and put them on a cheap AT&T or TMO plan then do this offer. Seems like the only option.

No, I didn't choose to believe it was a soft pull. I was one of the first people to do this deal, and I expected it to be a hard pull. I only made my post because there were still people saying they were told by Sprint reps that it was a soft pull. You totally misunderstood why I made my post.

Set up your online account management. And look at whats available. The unlimited plans at the major carriers include this nowadays. Enabling it is another thing. Sprint's promo is basically the standard Unlimited plan with all the bells and whistle except for immediate handset upgrades. On my account besides enabling global roaming I have also added under "Service add-on's you can add":
International services to use while in the US and abroad
Premium International Experience - $0.00

Not sure what you were told by a phone representative.
Where I see people getting confused is all these names for different services. According to this FAQ, https://www.sprint.com/content/sp...ience.html, the "Premium International Experience" is included for free on "Unlimited Freedom" plans. These are Sprints newer plans I guess, the promotion we're signing up for is the "Unlimited BYOP", so not exactly the same. It is MY understanding that they may have the same features but they show up in the system as a different plan. Also, specifically for calling and texting TO Mexico FROM the U.S, there seems to be 3 options. The default which charges you by the minute, the "Premium International Experience" which I've already linked to, and lastly a $5 a month add-on PER line for unlimited calls and texts. Now, after saying all this, once you set up and activate your account, on your services add-on page the "Premium International Experience" is showing up as $0.00. I haven't tried it but that is what it shows and if people would just go into a little detail when explaining then it'd be all easy peasy.

Off topic a little but for people concerned about not getting approved or some other quip about their credit score. 22yr old - score between 630-680 Fico depending on model got approved for all 5 lines no spending limit. People get so sensitive and weird when talking about credit.

I was also told it was a soft pull just like many others and that's exactly what it was for me.

ok..im looking to get in on this deal.
i have none of the require ments

i am leaning towards getting a moto g4 from amazon.
most likely 2nd hand ~$100

what next?
best place to get a number that is eligable?
i dont really care about number

will welcome suggestions from anyone?
thanks
iPhone SE even better deal now $75 Best Buy gift card and upgrades are same low price.

16 Gb is almost free $60 plus tax on $400, plus $30 activation - $75 gc. So $15 plus tax.

64 Gb is $120 plus tax on $450, plus $30 activation - $75 gc. So $75 plus tax.

Of course we can try to get $30 activation waived from sprint makes it even better.

Welcome to US mate, Sprint is full of bullocks I tell you, I just trying to get inside you knickers. But really how often do UK people use bullocks and knickers slang? In almost every UK show I see them use it like Fleabag, Catastrophe, Misfits, etc.

Not sure its been asked... if ordered from promo page $13.xx sim card, can I active / port New line through online activation step by step, or do I have to call and talk to a person?

For most, a single credit pull is a non-starter.

The effect will vary depending on the individual's credit portfolio.

In no case should a single hard pull cause greater than a 20 point drop. If it has, some other credit factor is also in play.

3 - 10 points is a realistic expectation.

Since I travel hack, I have a high number of credit pulls. I do try to keep them balanced over time so I don't drop too much. At times you can miss out on a great deal or rate by falling just under a threshold.

IMO, this Sprint deal is worth that risk...

You don't have any iPhones on your sprint account? The iPhone SE is on sale at Best Buy $60 16 GB or $120 64GB add a line sprint. The phone will be eligible if you take it off your account. Use that to sign up. Get GV number unlock $3 and set voicemail account pin.

After sign up can swap with other sprint phone (provided they are not active)
I have two phones in Free 1 year BYOD plan. my understanding was if I add a line and get new iPhone SE, my plan will be changed away from free line . Am I wrong? Can I just add iPhone SE as new line, payoff, cancel and use it in new Free line? Thanks

Someone suggested to add it to a paid plan, pay it off then cancel the line. Then you can use it on the free plan.
