That sounds about right. My wife was in the 800s and dropped 15 pts from Experian. It will go back up next month or two if you keep your available credit utilization about the same each month. My score always drops during the holiday season when wife takes my card and shops like money growing on tree; the score goes back up after all bills are paid in full.
Glad to help

16 Gb is almost free $60 plus tax on $400, plus $30 activation - $75 gc. So $15 plus tax.
64 Gb is $120 plus tax on $450, plus $30 activation - $75 gc. So $75 plus tax.
Of course we can try to get $30 activation waived from sprint makes it even better.
The effect will vary depending on the individual's credit portfolio.
In no case should a single hard pull cause greater than a 20 point drop. If it has, some other credit factor is also in play.
3 - 10 points is a realistic expectation.
Since I travel hack, I have a high number of credit pulls. I do try to keep them balanced over time so I don't drop too much. At times you can miss out on a great deal or rate by falling just under a threshold.
IMO, this Sprint deal is worth that risk...
After sign up can swap with other sprint phone (provided they are not active)
