Thank you for your info.
Then is it the just device swapping as usual..?
you don't need to swap a sim card..
I thought this free unlimited plan was linked to the sim card...
link [sprint.com]
You will need Sprint SIMGLW236C for your Moto E4.
Put AT&T sim in your MOTO to activate the new line with AT&T GoPhone first then Sprint sim when you port in to Sprint.
I think SIMGLW416Q is nano sim for Moto E4 and SIMGLW236C is micro sim for Moto G4
You can get AT&T GoPhone sim from Walmart or Target.

I was able to get my GV number ported successfully last time and confirmed I'm on the Bring Your Own Phone plan... first bill is $9.41, the autopay discount ($5) isn't reflecting yet, but I was assured it would be applied within 1 or 2 billing cycles, so it should be $4.41 after discount.
I'm trying to add a second line for my wife, and problem is, she's traveling, so I don't have access to her phone, but I did already order and received the SIM card from Sprint for her iPhone, plus I have her IMEI - does anyone know if I can just call and activate this for her, as long as I have all the necessary info (IMEI, SIM card, port info - account and PIN)? The telesales people are very eager to be the only one you talk to, and always say they'll call you back when you are ready - can I just call in and get this activated without having her iPhone present? Thanks in advance.

Can I go to the Apple store, Sprint store or Bestbuy to get Sprint sim?
Will any Sprint sim work for this deal ( order direct from this deal online or instore) and fit Moto G4 phone?
And when Moto G4 arrive, do I need to put Sprint sim to the phone and start active, transfer number from my current prepaid AT&T plan or do I have to remove sim from my current phone and put to Moto G4 first?
Thank you, I did read but there are too many informations and I want to make sure I do it right.

* You do not have to take out your current carrier's SIM out before you call the 866 number. During the call the rep will run your credit, double check your current account number and PIN, submit port-in request and then tell you to wait for 10 minutes.
* After waiting you can turn off your phone, put sprint sim in and turn it back on.
* You should be all set! If you have problem getting LTE on you Moto phone please check on community wiki.

So I need to order Sprint sim online to work for this deal? Sprint sim at Spint store won't work?
And can I active and transfer online, no need to call or I have to call Sprint in the beginning for this deal?
Thank you for your reply and repped!

To get the free service and activate online you need to click the free year promotion link, check your eligibility and order a SIM card there. Once you receive the SIM you can activate it online - quick and painless and guaranteed to be put on the free BYOD plan.
If you would like to get a SIM locally to save time and $10 shipping you have to call the 866 number to activate.
Also looking to add in the iPhone SE from best buy.
I need to set up my account with Sprint for the 1st phone first before ordering the second one as a second line right? Then pay off the phone and port out to a new carrier before coming back to my BYOD plan.. since best buy only allows me to select a $45/$55 plan...?

And from what I understand from your previous reply that I don't need to put my current AT&T sim to my new Moto G4 phone when I check my eligibility and transfer number online from the promotion link?
Thank agains.

Anyone recommend a cheap but good performance (like iphone 6s) phone for me?
Many people mentioned a Motorola G4, but which model I have to buy from Amazon? Thanks
