Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Oh yeah, the 50 day rule sucks.
Unlocking for Domestic Usage
Sprint will unlock a device from Sprint's network under the following circumstances:
- The device is Domestic SIM Unlock capable
- The device must be or have been active on the Sprint network for a minimum of 50 days
- Any associated Service Agreement, Installment Billing Agreement, or Lease Agreement has been fulfilled including payment in full of any applicable early termination fees or end-of-lease purchase options. Because leased devices are not owned by the user, the end of lease purchase option must be exercised and paid in full before the Domestic SIM unlock is completed.
- The associated account is in good standing
- The device has not been reported as lost or stolen, associated with fraudulent activity, or otherwise flagged as ineligible to be unlocked

For domestic SIM unlockable ("DSU") devices launched after February 2015, Sprint will automatically unlock the device when it becomes eligible. Please note that a domestic SIM unlock will also enable your device to be used internationally using a foreign carrier's SIM card.

I know this question was answered numerous times in this thread but for some reason I'm not able to search within the thread. So I'm sorry for the asking the same question again.

I'd like to switch the iPhone 6s phone currently added in my BYOD free account with a Samsung S7 that is a Sprint phone. What is the process I need to follow? I remember that can do it online in y account page but I don't want to mess up with some thing.

in addition, is this thread closed to search because I cannot find out the search box to search within the thread
I tried to do the same thing with chat online but had better luck simply calling in. Don't call the main Sprint number call the number in this Wiki.
tell them you want to swap phones and they will match the SIM card to the phone you want to use. it was easy for me. Good luck

i asked ... they kept on transferring me from one agent to other agent four times and then finally another agent came up with 50 day rule... so i got it international unlocked temporarily ... and thought will try again later in evening or tomorrow for domestic unlock... I know people were successful after calling for 7-8 times... what to do otherwise
It's really luck of the draw on how friendly the agent is to unlock. I haven't had any problems the last 2-3 times that I've called for unlock. When I first opened account end of April early May there was much more resistance from agents until I passed the two week mark then BAM I happened to get a friendly agent unlocked all 5 my iPhones in 7 hours and got a call back to confirm the unlock. I don't know if it was coincidence regarding length of service with sprint or not.

Thats great. Sometimes I think myself that what agent would think if I ask more than one and so I stop myself asking the second one Smilie
But you are inspiration and I will ask again tomorrow Wink

Edit: I think situation is different now... In may or even june they were not alert but now in last 10 days they must be more alert and supervisors must have given clear instructions to all agents to check 50 day policy... this is obvious when you suddenly get hundreds and thousands of calls for unlocks.. some agents are still doing it may be because they missed training or are just not bothered due to working in night shifts daily Wink my 2 cents

I just called for domestic unlock a couple days ago for 3 SEs. It was basically in the first call after clueless lady transferred me to older friendly gentleman. Still need to confirm unlock status.

And I got the G6 domestic unlocked in first call too although I had to call back becuase the UICC unlock wasn't updating.

Thanks... one ques.. does it matter if phone is activated on line or not.. for example i got two iPhone SE ..first with new line and then second by upgrading same line... now first phone is not active as i activated second phone... I am asking this because when i call agent does not ask me imei...he just checks the line and phone active with it... so it gets difficult to ask agent to unlock other phone so i did not ask.. what do you suggest here..

Unlock active line then swap phones then unlock other one.

More work but less suspicious.

Did you get $75 gc for both phones?

Went into a store to get a sim card (credit check didn't go through) for the moto e4, and they store said they didn't have any more sim cards!! They said they had to have specific motorola sim cards which is what they ran out of? Apparently equivalent sim cards from other manufacturers (apple, lg, pixel etc) do not work???

Yep, the SIM cards are different depending on the device. Welcome to Sprint.
