Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You're not gonna find it. It will be sent in email when you activate port number.

You have 400 pages of info available, prety sure you can find the answer in this thread

Frankly why can't people just go ahead and try it before asking question, you might not even able to get through to the SIM order page if they need to verify your credit.
Normally I would agree. This is a monstrous thread though. Daunting task and there is time constraint

Sprint won't whitelist that device.

Sprint won't whitelist it so it is a moot point since it will never be used on Sprint's network.

Thanks.

Wow you must be really really irritated! That's just atrocious! Imagine getting an SE for $60, free service for a year and you were forced to listen to a sales pitch? From an outsorced rep no less?! I would call my Cellphone Congresswman if I were you. Maybe start a protest.
The problem with promotions such as this is the people it attracts
Where can I get the SE for $60?

I tried reading through many pages and search. Could not find answer so asking:

1) I have Tmobile ToGo legacy account with $145 balance I do not want to lose. any way to I transfer Tmobile line without losing the balance?

2) Alternatively, what is the least expensive ATT/Verizon/Tmobile MVNO for creating an account that is eligible to transfer to this BYOD?

3) I do not have any of the 'eligible phone'. Which is the less expensive but decent enough phone that I can buy to create this BYOD account?

Thank you.

Quote from LiterallyUnlimited :
If you're active on FreedomPop CDMA, it's also the above, but it's mainly because the device is active on the Sprint network in some way. You'll need to free up the device by either cancelling service, porting to a non-Sprint MVNO or putting another device on your FreedomPop CDMA service.

Yes, IMEI, device ownership flag, FED, etc. are stored in Sprint DMD.

How did you pay them off?

That's subjective as to what is decent. If you want an iPhone, I would say the Sprint iPhone SE but you have to get one that will pass the FED - i.e., paid off in full and not locked to prepaid or an MVNO. Your best bet would be a Sprint postpaid iPSE that is fully paid off, not leased and was not bought subsidized on 2 year contract unless the contract is up.

As for Androids, the Moto X PE is a nice phone but it is big.

Check out Swappa Sprint phones but again, they need to be full paid off and pass the FED.

Thanks.
I have iPhone SE from the BB deal. Fully paid, unlocked and ported to Ting.
That SE shows 'not eligible' for this deal, even with a valid Verizon or FreedomPOP phone number.

I will check out the other phones you mentioned. I'd like to get a phone that can be used with ATT. Verizon, Tmobile, (possibly sprint) ..... if such a thing exists.

That's because you put it on Ting. Now the ownership flag in the Sprint DMD says PLBL instead of SPCS.

Moto X Pure Edition, Nexus 6 and Pixel/Pixel XL. Then there are the newer Moto G's but I don't know too much about those.

Also Verizon iP7/7+ or the SIM free versions of those devices.

Sprint has sent me two SIM cards now to try to work with the Motorola E4 (bestbuy deal from earlier this week) and for some reason they're having trouble activating. The IMEI shows as eligible, but for some reason they can't seem to get me a compatible SIM. The customer service person working with me is now trying to tell me the phone isn't compatible, despite the fact that the IMEI checks out in the system and they've worked with other Moto phones.

That's a long-ish lead up to my questions: Has anyone else had any trouble activating the Moto E4 with this Sprint Plan? Has anyone been successful? (If so, do you know which type of SIM card kit you used?)

Thanks!

While that certainly makes sense, there are no terms stating one account is excluded over another. Also being aware of how clunky big organizations are I'm not confident they have a mechanism in place to differentiate.
There certainly are terms. You're free to attempt to sign up for rewards/referrals/etc. Just trying to temper expectations. Many are expecting to get these rewards when they really shouldn't. If someone slips through the cracks, awesome for them.

I want to take advantage of this promotion, but I have a few questions I couldn't find answers to elsewhere in this thread (it's a LOT to look through!).

I purchased 2 Moto G5 Plus from Amazon due in tomorrow. I am currently on a prepaid Verizon plan with two incompatible phones.

My understanding is I can use the IMEI codes from the two Modo G5's and my current phone number with Verizon to pass the eligibility check on Sprint's website - is that correct?

Or, do I have to go to a Verizon store first and set up my new G5's with them before being eligible on the Sprint site?

Thanks for any help!
