Sorry for the confusion -- The boost kit contains 3 sim cards, one of which is the 416q sim card (Others are 506C and 506TQ). There are three distinct cards inside of the kit. Thats the only B&M place that I have found the 416Q (aside from online-twigby etc).

After the payment, the account was created and a confirmation # was obtained.
However the page says the account pin is on the page and needed but it isn't.
Anyone else have this issue? How was it resolved?

BTW, when I went into Chrome's debug mode I found a hidden 6 digit pin on that very same page. I wonder if that will be the one when I port over.

just use the online eligibility checker. phones that are/were on sprint mvno will need to have ownership flag flipped
inside it says
