Sprint says that both my new 1 week old iPhone SE phones are marked as stolen/lost. They are wrong but only they say so. Both AT&T and Apple top level support say the phones are clear unlocked and running on the AT&T(Cricket) network with NO tags of stolen or lost ever reported. Sprint disagrees and kept telling me to verify with them again.
After calling the 8777 number several times and getting many sales pitches to just buy new phones and we can continue, I finally got one girl named Serena who said she could help me bypass the error and get signed up... she just needed a little time to do the process and would call me back. She took my info and started a credit check, so I hope its for real and she calls back to finish the process.
If not, how do I get Sprint to clear these iPhones that only Sprint says are stolen/lost? I have all my receipts and such, but it seems nobody at Sprint cares to see that info or check with apple or at&t.
Can we use H20 for this deal? Or Simple MObile? I have some sims laying around for those.
The Nexus 6 also works with a SIMOLW506TC.
I know quickest is in store but bestbuy dint have one.
My plan is to get this n port in google voice number to nexus 6 device
Thank you
If you want to do this promo, you need to get a different phone.
No rep can change that fact. You need to get a different phone if you want to be on Sprint. There is no way around this.

I initially tried to activate wifi calling (top option) but it kept saying to call. Then I tried the bottom option about wifi calling on "other devices." It prompted me to confirm my address. Once I submitted the address and went back to the top option, it said I have a pending change of address for wifi and I'd need to wait. I checked about an hour later and regular wifi calling was on. Maybe I was lucky?
SIMOLW506C works.
This is from the boost Mobile BYOD sim pack that was written about here. I bought from Best buy cost $9.99.
That sim also works with the pixel XL.
Now I just need to test the service over the next few weeks and see if the cost savings outweigh any issues.

my 3 days old Moto G5 restarted on its own and reset all data!
Anyone has same problem?
