So only the first phone to get the plan needs to be ported from Verizon (or similar), and then once that account is set up, you can add new phones that have never been on any carrier and get the same unlimited for a year plan on those phones as well?

Can anyone confirm that?

Depends if you mean swapping the phone onto an already existing line or adding a new line. If new line, it must be ported in, I believe.

if you want to add new lines, both the phone and number will need to pass eligibility check. and you will need to call the special promo number to add the line.

I had misread your original question as if you wanted to use a different phone on your already established account.

In all cases, both the original line and later lines, you have to port in a NUMBER from another carrier, not a phone. The phone can be brand new or whatever in either case. It need not have been associated with the number previously.

All unlocked iPhone 6s should work. Only issue is if the phone is in sprints database or if it has sprint MVNO flag on it.

What do you get when you put phone imei and eligible number in eligibility checker?

Can I signup for this plan using iphone SE and then use the sim card in any unlocked phone after the activation process? My current S7 Edge phone is not eligible. Can I use the activated sim card in S7 edge after some time? please help...

Basically, I have a social security number that's clean af. Literally no record on it. Will I be eligible to this offer? And if I have a new sim from sprint in hand and try to activate the offer by call, will I be placed in the temporary 'wrong' plan?

I bought the Moto E4 so I haven't used it yet on my Verizon account. The sims don't match so I'd need to get a new sim to activate it on Verizon. Do I have to do this before I port to Sprint? I don't think the phone matters does it, just the phone number?

The phone doesn't need to be associated with the phone number. Use the eligibility checker to see if they qualify.
