Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My biggest complaint is that Sprint won't allow you to use data while on a phone call. Data just shuts off!.
It has nothing to do with what Sprint allows. None of the newer phones have dual RF circuitry to run both the CDMA and LTE radios at the same time. And Sprint doesn't have VoLTE yet.

How much are taxes and fees for 2 lines in Cali??

Will be about $9 for 1 line according to the wiki. I'm assuming will be less than double for 2 lines in an account?
My first bill for 2 lines is $4.92. Bay area.

Target doesn't charge anything for restocking, so could try it as MP3 player or something, request Verizon for unlock for Hail Mary and hope it works. And if denied just refund for full money back

What were the exact steps you have taken? And why didn't you call the promo number in the wiki?
